Hampton Inn Fort Worth Southwest Cityview

The staff members were friendly, polite and welcoming. From the guy that checked us in, to the ladies that were there at check-out. Even the lady mopping the front lobby was happy and smiling. The rooms were nice and were clean - didn't have the overpowering cleaning smell that some hotels have, it smelled and looked very nice. The lobby is large accommodating space for guests use that has napkins, plates, cutlery, seating and tables. The pool, we didn't use but it is right there and looked nice. It is right next to the Hulen Mall - literally a short walk away.

Not too much to say, our stay was great. The only thing I can think of, is the drain was a bit slow and took some time to empty the water in the tub. Not too outputting though.

Originally it was just my sister and myself but my senior dog had surgery and his sitter fell through. I was so worried but the staff was so kind and it was a non issue. He was able to add the pet fee and even got us a room near the elevator for easy carry of my dog who can't walk for more than a few feet at the moment. Very happy And my dog was really comfortable too. Slept on his pet bed all night which he hasn't done since his surgery! The breakfast was delicious too! Plenty of variety and the egg omelet thing was soo yummy. The staff is also really friendly.

The property itself was pretty nice and and clean but the best part was the wonderful staff! Charlie was so friendly and accommodating and a great person all around to have at the front desk! And when we had an issue in the room the staff quickly notified the GM Brenda and she remedied it promptly. Will def stay again when I am back in Ft Worth

There was no dark curtain over the window in my room, only a see-through curtain that let the outside light in. My room was on the front parking lot side of the hotel and there were bright lights illuminating the parking lot . . . and my room. Made it difficult to sleep at night.

Everything… location, cleanliness, service, breakfast, pool even though it was cold. Charlie checked us in and was very polite. The ladies who served the breakfast were very friendly and sweet.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about staying here.

It was clean, with good water pressure.

The pool wasn't as clean as I'd like and it needed some renovation with old broken equipment but was working well, 4 out of 5. Hot tub was broken and boarded up. The bed was hard and uncomfortable with pillows that weren't firm enough.

The staff was the friendliest of all my stays. From check in to check out they were amazing.

Website did not mention an indoor pool so suits weren't packed for the kids but other than that the stay was great

The bagel egg was unique and tasty. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

I do wish hotels, in general, would provide an accurate channel guide. The shower head and drain weren't the best.

The proximity to shopping & my family that lives in that area. Would definitely stay there again

It was hard to get the room temperature at a comfortable level of heat/air for everyone

Breakfast was always great! Hot food and always plenty to choose from!

The scrambled eggs might have been my least favorite item bc of the amount of steam that had accumulated at the bottom of the pan.
