Quality Suites, Ft Worth Burleson

The room was great and the spa tub near the bed made a perfect relaxation spot. The room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was great and the small living area was comfortable. There was a mini fridge and microwave available in the room and 'serve yourself' breakfast area for guests.

The hotel pool is supposed to be heated but they were having a part replaced, we were warned about it ahead of time which we appreciated but we would have liked if it had been working. No harm done though.

this issue was my fault , we had our transportation break down, so we arrived after a night awaitin tow truck we arrived flutrrated tired and not clear mind, we forgot to tell your staff we were choice members later we decided to exctend our stay, they marked our bill accordingly , they explained that they could not give us total credit but for us ffo notfy you and afterf you revied our stay you may give us tthe extra points

Breakfast service was limited. Had to ask for most of the items to an attendant instead of having the freedom of choice. Didn't have any other issues during the stay.

Expand the breakfast choices and add more waffle machines to avoid the waiting line. The shower area would welcome an upgrade soon. The room smell humid most of the time. Had to use air fresheners.

The staff was super friendly and courteous. Rooms were spacious.

The elevator broke on our 2nd day and we had to walk three flights of stairs. They tried to get it fixed, but with the holiday no one would come out.

My room was very clean and they accommodated me with a first floor room.

I didn't like the frozen breakfast. I also had lots of problems with my key card. I probably had to have new keys made at least 10 times. Several of the front desk people had a problem even after making me new keys. Very annoying since I have a mobility issue.

There was a misunderstanding about the type of room that I needed. It was resolved immediately, by front desk and the manager.. no fuss! Very friendly, helpful staff members.

I wish I could have stayed a couple more days to relax! I had to leave too soon.

Well for starters the King suite with the Spa tub right next to the bed. Talk about totally awesome. It worked great.

Well at one point when my girlfriend and I were enjoying the spa tub the people in the adjoining room tried to open the door to come in while we were naked. That was more than enough excitement for one night so.

My room was big and spacious and very nice,cool air-conditioning, very quiet and room was dark at ngt ,just the way I like to sleep, it was worth every penny

needs some updates. the room I was in needed some repair to the closet door it would not close. hot and cold bathtub turn on was very loose thought it might fall off.

The door didn’t lock in the first room we were assigned to. We had to change rooms to get one where the door locks worked. The staff said another room had the same problem.
