Hampton Inn & Suites Ft. Worth-Burleson

I asked for a handicap room with 2 queen beds. They didn't have one with a shower except with a king bed available, so they emailed me and ask if a tub was ok with two queen beds. I responded that was just fine & they responded back they had me setup. We arrived early & stopped to check & let them know we were in town & may be late arriving & went ahead & paid for our room & they actually had our room ready. We were able to take our luggage up to the room & relax a little bit before going to a funeral we were there for. There were good places to eat & within walking distance. When I told them we were there for a funeral, they said to let them know if there was anything at all that we needed. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast this morning because we were meeting some family for breakfast & a visit before returning home, but it sure smelled good. After checking out the room we only had decaf coffee & I asked if they had regular & she gave me several packages in a small clear bag with handles to take back to our room. It was so nice of her very accommodating. She gave me enough to have several cups of coffee each.

The bed was a little soft for me & the pillows were not firm enough for me, but that is a personal preference & you can't please everyone, so I'm ok with that. There was no way to charge phones & things by the bed & I was not crazy about that.

I’ve visited this hotel twice in two weeks. My father had passed and it was a rush up to make arrangements. Everything here at hotel was amazing super fast service. Great employees. Comfortable beds, nice showers, super clean. Very grateful.

For once. I am actually just happy with exactly what I received here. There wasn’t anything I could pick on. Perhaps, having exhaust vents in rest room for the “white noise” they provide would be great. But the high ceilings make that not needed for their main purpose.

Breakfast was a step up from similar chains (i.e., Comfort Inns, La Quintas), from our experience. The room was clean and quiet. It is in a good location, close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Location was a little tricky getting off the expressway and onto the right ramp, but after first error, we easily circled back and got it.

90 percent of everything was great super clean quiet very convenient next to alot of places..

WIFI it's horrible you can't do much with it you gotta Pay more to use it better I couldn't get any work done in the hotel had to use my personal Hotspot. Speed was less than 2mb not enough to stream and stuff and work

The staff was very friendly. I loved the scrambled eggs for breakfast (and toasted bread, waffles, oranges...) The hotel was clean, looked like it was new, rooms comfortable. The indoor pool is lovely, water is warm and clean, loved the big soft towels. Really glad that coffee, tea and water was available in the lobby during the day. Very good value for money.

loved the staff and the property and location! Each time I came into contact with the front staff they were so kind this includes the lovely woman serving breakfast everyone was kind could not ask for nicer better staff.

I could not get comfortable on the beds if it wasn’t for those lovely heavy comforters I don’t know that I would’ve went to sleep.

We had reservations for two queen beds and when were checking in they said that they didn't have any. Said if we booked directly through them and not a third party that they could guarantee it. But we finally got what we want with a little pushing to get it right.

The room was nice and very clean and the beds were comfortable 😊

What I didn't.like was the wifi we couldn't get the wifi to work and some of the guest. on our floor were very loud and the breakfast area was crowded with some unfriendly guest but the breakfast was good.

Bathtub had hair in it and took two calls to front desk and requesting manager to get it cleaned.

Very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to shopping and many different places to eat. I would gladly recommend this motel to others. The breakfast is a great variety of food and plenty of it. This was a very nice place and very reasonably priced. I will definitely stay here again
