La Quinta by Wyndham Ft. Worth - Forest Hill, TX

The young lady that checked me in was very helpful and polite and wanted her customer to be happy by all means. She made sure that I was able to get a room for what she had available. She took the time and commitment to write down and inform the next person that came on shift if any cancelation had come up for the next morning to inform me. I really appreciated her for that. This young lady needs to be recognized for her outstanding job at customer service and because of her I will stay here at this establishment again! Thanks

My actual reservation was canceled for the 2 nights stay and nobody informed me or called me about it. So I had to try and find me another room for my stay.

My room was huge. Wish I was able to spend more time enjoying the space.

The card key deactivated so I had to take the slow elevator (couldn’t find stairs)back downstairs to get it fix. Waste of time when I’m on a schedule. The breakfast was some stale muffins with no tongs or paper to grab them. If you’re worried about Covid don’t put food out we’re all touching. The blankets had to be 30 years old.

Good value, comfortable and clean.

It is getting more and more inconvenient to use a corporate payment option when making a reservation. Employees with reservations made for them using a corporate credit card that is not under their name are unable to check-in even with the credit card authorization form. It has been a hassle every single time.

Large room, comfortable reading chair, comfortable bed, quiet at night, free parking. Easy connection to the freeway to get to downtown Fort Worth.

Not the hotel's fault, but all the nearby dining options are fast casual, order at the counter places. I would have liked a sit-down restaurant with a more gourmet touch.

I liked how it was close to home a little bit and I liked how everyone there was nice and I felt comfortable around everybody! It was like I was at home with my stay there!!! Great quality.

The only thing I didn’t like was that sometimes the remotes don’t have backs to it. And how the employees can walk right into your room with easy access. And also they don’t give you time to answer because one day they knocked one time and then just barged right into the room while I still getting dressed!

the pool, staff, breakfast mostly everything. also my daughter was very so excited we wanted to stay but I couldn't afford the stay. the price was very worth every minute.

Good location. Nice pool and hot tub.

Rooms are starting to get a bit rundown. Lampshades, bathtub etc. The pillows are really uncomfortable. The television was tiny and does not have a guide.

staff was nice, good location to stock yards and the pumpkin nights we were visiting.

beds were uncomfortable. bathroom had some stains in the tub like rust maybe, cabinet door in bathroom was broke.

I just love this particular location. it’s our home away from home, when ever we come to or thru Fort Worth. The staff here is amazingly helpful in all ways!!!
