Comfort Inn & Suites Burnet

We stayed two nights at the hotel in Burnet, TX so we could attend a friend's wedding. It was clean and comfortable. The king bed was outstanding -- so comfy and supportive. The shower was great, too! The cafe area was nice, and the food was delicious! All the staff were courteous and helpful, but I want especially to commend Anna and Ronda at the reception counter. Both of them were cheerful, friendly, and helpful. We felt like we'd known them for a long time. At check-in, the weather was severe with heavy rain and hail. The computers had gone down, but Ronda checked us in manually and made the process easy. At checkout, I had to wait about 20 minutes for a luggage cart to become available, but Anna and I chatted while she worked, and we had a nice visit. The Hispanic gentleman working in the cafe area was also cordial and helpful. All in all, it was a most pleasant experience!

there were obvious signs of wear like peeling wallpaper, stained carpets in the public area and in the room it appears to have been remodeled recently but there were lots of paint drips, messy grouting and sparkle work. the room smelled like someone smoked there and there was an attempt to cover the smell

Cleanliness is at the top of my list when it comes to hotel stays and this one did not disappoint; the room was perfect - clean, spacious, comfortable. If I travel back to Burnet, I will definitely be booking another stay here again.

I traveled with (4) very expensive bicycles; it would have been nice to have been able to keep them in a secure area near the check in desk (ie. a "luggage room") as opposed to having to take them up to my room.

Very friendly staff, check in was quick and easy. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable. It was myself and 4 of my grandbabies ages 8-8-7&6 (we were having a slumber party) and there was more than enough room for them to play and for us to sleep comfortably. We will be staying again..

The stay was perfect; cleanliness is the most important factor when I choose a hotel and Comfort Inn & Suites didn't disappoint. The room was fantastic; I'll definitely choose this location again should I return to Burnet. Two thumbs up!

I'm being picky, but a better in-room coffee selection would have been nice. Still it was a pleasure just having a coffee maker in the room!

the price is too high!!! we stay in various hotel all over the state some are nicer than others as is your facility. however even nicer ones do not charge as much for a single night stay in such a small town as you do. the whole town.

Looks like they recently renovated as the room was very different from other comfort inn and suites I have been in.

The only issue is there is a led stripe on top of headboard with no way to turn off unless you unplug the cord which knocked out half of the outlets near bed

buffet was fine... room needs some sound dampening...one person talking loudly was able to overpower the other 8 people in the room...just hard walls and ceiling made it less than welcoming...

the receptionist, Rona, (Rhonda?) was exceptional. So friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless. The bed was comfy. Vehicle parking well lit and secure.

When I first walked in, the front desk greeted me right away and with a smile. Location was perfect for me, and was right by some scenic locations.

Room did get just a little hot at night, had to lower my blanket to stay cool and sleep better.
