Texas on the Lake0

Everything. Large spacious unit appointed with Texas decor. Great views of Lake Travis. Large outside covered seating area. Very clean with comfortable bed. It was just perfect.

the bedspread and pillow shams smelled horrible. we threw them off the bed. the linens underneath were fine.

We liked the seclusion. And the deers.

The bed was old and lumpy. The dining room table had water stains. The covers for the heating and air conditioning kept falling. 

The views were amazing

I didn't particularly care for the small television in the master room, for four days we were left two face towels, and there was some hair in the bed. The bed was squeaky every time you moved it creeked.

Location to where my son lives was across the lake.

We loved it! The location was great, beautiful ambiance. The room itself was spacious and clean.

Didn’t like that the nearest restaurants were so far from this location.

The kitchen was stocked with various equipment.

View is not good. There is a dust everywhere. A couch in the living room is not open for sleeping. Furniture is very very old. Bed linen is old also as the towels. There is not way to walk in the island because it is very tiny. Restaurant hours are not convenient. There are not stores and restaurants around.

The condo pictures on Booking.com were beautiful. Though did not hold true to reality. The master bedroom sheets and mattress cover had stains, enough said. The place was filthy. Pet hair was everywhere, and I do mean everywhere. We could not use the oven to bake fresh cookies, there was literally 1/2 of old crust whatever. I’ll stop now, I could go on but won’t. Paying resort fees for mediocrity was sad. The Vacasa local management finally contacted us and gave us back the cleaning fee. Though it ruined our 20th anniversary having to clean the place just to stay there. Enough. We’ve vacationed in dozens of locations through the years and never have given a one star review. The Spa experience gave some solace.
