Best Western Cedar Inn

For the price and location it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful!! If you needed anything they were right on it.

The a/c needs to be updated It was not that cool during the day but fine at night. The breakfast could use a little more zest especially for the weekend.

The bed was comfy although the sheets were either unwashed or stained. The location was convenient for food nearby and next to a fun walking trail.

The breakfast was very limited and not up to the standards of other hotels I have been to. Dirty sheets, no hand towel for drying hands. Smelled like weed outside.

I was really impressed. The room was clean and comfortable the bed little hard but that's okay. Loved the pool. Location was great easy to get around and back to. It was on the top of all the hotels we have been to. We will definitely be rebooking the next time we are in Austin.

The staff were exceptionally welcoming & courteous! Our room was very nice & everything worked properly. We're already planning to stay there again on our spring break trip back!

Our only complaint was that the vending machine was sold-out our entire 3 day stay & the closest place to buy any drinks cost a little more than 6 dollars for a Rootbeer & a Dr. Pepper!

the room was clean and comfortable. the shower was great temp and pressure. the black out curtains were great.

the outside looked really run down, the gym was closed with what looked like old ac units piled up in it. the toilet wobbled when you sat on it.

Pretty good breakfast. They asked if I preferred ground floor or 2nd. Good food options near by

Phone did not work so o call front desk. Hid the Wi-Fi instructions on the card with tv channel listings

The area and location of the hotel as convenient. Breakfast was super. And miss Kim in the morning is awesome.

One of the guys, that stays/works there accused us of a mess another dog made. We made sure we picked up after our little dog.

The location is great. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was strong. The refrigerator worked great and kept my drinks cold.

There were 2 little pillows on the bed which is fine for me but would not be good for 2 people. The tub is very slippery. There is a mat but I did not want to handle it. It would have been better is they textured the tub. They did not include daily maid service due to Covid, which I was surprised because other hotels were not doing this. Also they are not serving breakfast

Loved the staff, so courteous and nice. The rooms were very clean. Got a bottom level room which was great as i had my dog with me as well.

That i had to get charged extra for early check in.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was a bit basic but it was good
