Quality Inn Marble Falls

Variety of breakfast items was very good! Staff was pleasant when we were a little late for breakfast and let us get some food.

Designated smoking areas in the parking lot by the pool would be nice. I used the stairs for soda and ice and had to step around people sitting on the stairs smoking. Or they were standing in the doorway of their room and smoking.

The facility is an older facility, but it had been upgraded. It shows that it has had excellent care and maintenance. The room had up to date amenities such as lighting fixtures and alarm clock equipped with charging ports, wifi capabilities, flat screen tv, small under the counter refrigerator, microwave, small coffee/tea center, hair dryer, and iron and ironing board. The mattress was an excellent, firm mattress which I wish I had at home. In the morning, there was a free, good, hot breakfast.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the facility. I was very happy with my room and will stay there again when I am in Marble Falls

the whole experience was better than expected. Maybe shortsighted but you wouldn't immediately book a 2 star hotel in Europe. Or you have certain expectations about it. But it was all perfectly arranged. They even changed us to another room because the safe wasn't working properly. And in the evening we noticed a little note and snacks and water as a apology - which was not needed!

Great price, clean rooms and very comfortable rest. Wished they had a better breakfast. The egg patties were not too appealing. Wished the coffee was more appealing also. It doesn't have a great coffee taste. But everything else was perfect.

Breakfast was very good,ample supply. Location of the motel met our need which was centered for our activities

I made a comment to the staff upon leaving that I felt the mattress sagged in the middle. Our travel companions didn’t have the same problem with their bed. I just wanted to bring it to the staffs attention

Bed was comfortable, room was clean, convenient to the location we were visiting

the bathroom shower had mold and the speaker from Whataburger was so loud we could hear it in our room with the tv on. No elevator that we could find for handicapped people

When I got there the hotel didn't have my reservation. I had my conf # but they didn't show anything. Thank goodness the hotel did have a room they could give me.

While the bright lights are sure to keep us safe, they can make it hard to sleep unless the blackout curtains are perfectly aligned. Consider more overlap on the blackout curtains or direct the lights a bit more.

only one entrance/exit to the hotel that wasn’t convenient to exit. a second exit to the adjacent street with the traffic light would make it easier going north on 281. An elevator option to the second level would be helpful. we also had a big stain on the bed comforter.
