La Quinta by Wyndham Houston Cypress

Location was excellent! The staff was friendly and professional. The value for the room was very reasonable and was very clean!

There is an issue with 3rd party billing and reservations. I used booking.com to make my reservation using my profile. However, when I called to verify my reservation the day prior to showing up, the staff could not locate my reservation. I even provided the confirmation number! I think there is a disconnect with 3rd party billing/confirmation numbers and the hotel chain in regards to billing systems.

I’ve stayed here three times and I’m never disappointed. The staff is the friendliest. The breakfast is always fresh. My kids love the stay. The pool is nice. The gym and laundry room are adequate. And most importantly, it always just smells clean even with it being a pet friendly place.

great location, friendly staff

maybe it’s paranoia but I was itching throughout the night as if I was getting bitten by bed bugs. i also had small what looked like mosquitos bites throughout my body. I checked in between the mattress and on the outter layers of the mattress but didn’t find anything. I was in room 425, cypress location

The employees where very friendly and nice the breakfast was very variable and tasty end the person at the breakfast room was constantly checking if it was something needed and cleaning she was very nice.

Overall we don’t spent to much time at the hotel only to sleep but where very comfy.

The location and the staff was great!

The tile in the room was missing grout and was scratching the bottom of our feet when we used the bathroom. I also didn't like that my Wyndham rewards weren't applied to my account.

Everything was convenient, shopping, restaurant, trader's village, car wash, groceries, I mean it doesn't get any better than this! Also restaurant were in walking distance, absolutely loved this location

Breakfast wasn't a lot to choose from

The breakfast was located in the front where you check in. Nice little set up.

One card did not work on Saturday, and the lady who thought she took care of the problem, did not fix the card, so she said you are hear just one more day and thought she gave me a new set, but it did not work either, but we did not need it. Just make sure key cards work. My son could not get into the room when needed so he had to wait in lobby for us to get back from our location.

It was incredibly clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. I believe the person who checked me in was named Emerald and she was super sweet. Really appreciated the interaction with her

There really wasn’t anything to dislike

The location was perfect as it's literally right down the street from the outlet. It was quiet, no outside noise from the freeway or roads and there was plenty of parking. The room looked exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean from the lobby to the rooms. Completely satisfied

The only thing I didn't like was the shower door in my bathroom wouldn't stay closed during my shower... other than that, everything was fine

difficulty getting into it, driving. breakfast weak. noise of elevator bell(our room was very near elevator and I’m a light sleeper. internet wasn’t fast and I could not access my Hulu account
