SpringHill Suites by Marriott Houston Northwest

This property was excellent. The beds were cozy, the blankets were perfect. The AC was cold, important in Houston. The shower was amazing. A lot of hotels have shifted to the barn door for the bathroom and they aren't super thick or sound proof or airtight and these ARE!! It was a wonderful stay!

There was a lot of dust on the intake vents in the hallways and the AC was out in the hallways so that was hot, but they were working on it during our stay. It was a great stay not much to complain about!

the rooms are nice and up to date. and the air conditioner is super cold lol.

I’ve got to ding the breakfast. they went too millennial with it. I’d like a good old fashion waffle or some toast and coffee with real sugar. we had to go get breakfast, but the broken egg less than 2 minutes away was excellent. also the pool was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been clean in a while. the chairs were dirty too. but other than that it was a very nice hotel and I’d definitely stay there again, now that I know what to expect.

I think the breakfast could have been better. Would like you guys to try grits on your menu. We had eggs,biscuits w/ gravy. No meat only the meat that was in the gravy. No regular sugar but enjoy what we got. Maybe bacon, pan sausage w/ grits, orange juice. But we were well please with everything at this hotel couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you again. Will recommend to family an friends.

Very spacious, comfortable beds, blankets and pillows.

Air-conditioning was old and loud

Great location and comfortable room. The bed was a little hard but love the king size. Hotel was nice and clean.

Breakfast. Wow, very disappointed. I have stayed at many hotels just as you have, and the breakfast served was the worse. On the menu was breakfast burritos, well that's what they were called but the inside was just running egg and mush. Only thing edible was the coffee and tiny waffle.

After spending 17 hours on the interstate with two young children it was beyond refreshing to be warmly greeted, arriving two hours before our check-out time, and being asked to take our time showering and getting some rest. A small gesture to most but the kindness and hospitality shown by all is appreciated beyond words! Thank you!

The location was good. Very quiet area. The room were clean. And we had our rooms close to each other as we requested

We were there around 9:00 pm ti check in and the front desk guy was very rude to me asking if I was able to pay for my rooms. I told him of course I can pay for my rooms" then he didn't charge the price I had on booking. It was 40 dollars more per room! Iam very disappointed!

The stay was nice.

The Breakfast was extremely sweet where i couldn't enjoy it , The staff did not explain at check in that there would be a holding fee on my card and when I called to ask about it the manager was extremely rude over the phone.

Big rooms, clean bathrooms.

Carpet wasn’t very clean, refrigerator didn’t work well, AC turned off automatically every night and was really hot. There was no option to keep it cool all night. Swimming pool wasn’t clean as well.

location was good for destination, clean property, rooms comfortable. breakfast was okay, but could be improved. safe and secure facility.
