Hyatt Place Houston- Northwest/Cy-Fair

I was running late for check in due to I was at event that started at 10am and was still going until after midnight. I called several times to confirm I was still going to be there. Michael and Aaron were both extremely nice and made sure my reservation was not cancelled.

The only thing I suggest is a way for early check in without actually needing to get into the room. I just needed to pay and get my key since I was at an event that was 30 minutes away that was planned from 10am to after midnight and not able to leave to check in. Thank goodness you have some awesome employees who helped me

The location was ideal for the places i had to visit. the close proximity of several themed restaurants was an added bonus and the location of a Tesla Super Fast Charging Station next door to the property was extremely useful as it allowed charging either late in the night or first thing in the morning

One elevator was down for our entire stay and it became a challenge as more guests arrived for the weekend. the door to access the back carpark is locked early despite having a key card access.

Breakfast is better than normal American hotels - several choices and they changed the menu everyday. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The first room we're assigned has smoking smell mixed with detergent - the staff at concierge had us assigned to another clean room immediately. The location is also good for travelers who wants to visit downtown and the premium outlet.

There's no safe box in the room - it's probably my fault because I didn't read the equipment list well before booking the room but I thought the safe is a standard equipment for Hyatt hotels.

Clean, Lots of space, Great Location, Good Breakfast, Coffee available most hours, pool, Fast elevators, short walk to my car, Well landscaped, Polite and Friendly Staff, Towels were fluffy, little hooks under the bar for pocketbooks, little hooks on shower curtain hooks for toiletries. Smelled nice everywhere, Close to all my favorite restaurants. Free water available with fruit inside. So refreshing! I will never go any other hotel in Houston. This place has it all.

There wasn't staff available behind the counter all the time. I had to go looking for someone. No microwave.

😊This is an awesome hotel. Great location, with great food choices. The front desk lady Autumn was AMAZING!!!! She was friendly, very welcoming, and positive each time we saw her. She also game us a little direction insight on how to get to Prairie View A&M. Also her manage was very AMAZING as well, she came in on her off day to assist plus, she fixed our room error. Thank you soooo much ladies. ****Hyatt Place those 2 ladies are a major asset to your hotel business****😊

The location was perfect. The front desk was nice. we had a room where the ac wasn’t working good but they quickly got us another room.

The breakfast was hot but the girl said they were running low on food and supplies. She said the truck comes tomorrow. They ran out of plates and coffee creamer. Breakfast wasn’t that great. The gyms ac wasn’t working well. Shower pressure is low.

The facility was updated and clean! Very comfortable for myself and my guest, bed/pillows were very comfy also. We didn’t get to try breakfast never made it up in time

The pool was small and went from 2 ft straight drop to 5 feet which was tricky for my daughter…. Took service entered my room while I was gone but I’m not sure what they did other than took my dirty towel and left my daughter dirty towel and didn’t add any clean ones to the room which was weird to me

It was new and in great condition. The facilities looked great tho I only stayed there one night and did not have time to use them. The staff was very friendly tho.

The toilet was not flushing well when we were there. We did not report it since we were just staying for one night, we reported it on checkout. Getting there is not easy as u have to drive through the parking lot of a restaurant to get there.

It was clean and most of the staff were very nice and friendly.

One of the house keepers that was supposed clean up didn’t do her job. I had to keep calling the front desk to ask for someone to come take out the trash and bring fresh towels.

Clean, Luxurious accommodation, Service was Great, breakfast service was very good.

Apple juice tasted terrible. Too acidic and watered down. Coffee also watered down. I think it is all decaf because even after 4 cups, I still felt sleepy.
