rooms need upgrade, shower tub was not scrubbed very dirty, breakfast needs update too there was like 3 choices. room had a odor so we had go get air freshers

Everything the staff/customer service, the location, the room & beds etc..
Only minor complaint i would mention Iis the TV remote not being able to bring up a menu or guide but that's really about it.
