Fairfield Inn & Suites Dallas Park Central

I liked the staff, they were very attentive and fun. The toilet didn't work in my room and they got a maintenance man up pretty quickly to fix it. The room was very clean. All in all, the staff made up for any of the problems with the property.

I would have liked the towels to be replaced and the beds made on my second day but that didn't happen. The breakfast eggs were awful, the yogurt was expired and the coffee was a bit cold. But the waffles were great and there were other options to eat. The pool was cloudy so I didn't use it and the elevator was small and seemed to need servicing. The crazy construction wasn't the fault of the hotel so I can't hold that against them.

We LOVED the young woman at the desk. She was absolutely the friendliest, most helpful, most interested in helping us in any way possible desk clerk we have ever encountered! She was the best thing about the hotel! We enjoyed being able to sit downstairs in the breakfast room, to watch TV and visit with our family staying there also. It was a nice comfortable, quiet place to gather.

The hot breakfast could be improved. The breakfast sandwiches were tasteless. The only choice of yogurt was Vanilla, and there was little choice of sweet rolls. It was difficult to get to, because of the road construction. We didn't swim; the pool water looked a little green.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was perfect. The complementary breakfast was real good, but not the best. The workers were very nice. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

The main thing I didn't like was the fact that our commode seat was loose. I offered to fix it myself if the motel could provide the necessary part(s), and the front desk worker looked, but could not provide it. He said that maintenance was not on duty during the weekend. He did give me a discount. Also, I never mentioned this to management, but the lighting in the room was very good except for the fact that one side of the bed did not have a lamp or light. I did ok by reading at the desk. Thank you for a nice stay.

Check in was easy, the gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and pleasant. The place looked and smelled clean from the lobby all the way to the room. The bed , pillows were comfortable. The room was exactly as the pictures. The area was patrolled by security, don't know if they were from Fairfield or from all hotels in the area combined, but it felt good to see. The breakfast was very good. There was fruit,oatmeal, 3-4 choices of cereal,waffles you made yourself, egg and cheese omelettes, scrambled eggs, sausage and what looked like Canadian bacon. A selection of juices, coffee, tea, bagels, toast, muffins and a few other pastries. The other guests I encountered at breakfast were friendly. It was very quiet , so sleeping was good. Close to where I needed to go. I would definitely recommend and would use again.

The pool was out of commission, after a 2 hour flight I was looking forward to get in the pool and relaxing. That was one of the reason why I picked this property because it had an indoor pool. Everything else was Ten. Clara

DJ, the gentleman at the front desk, was exceptional during our stay. He immediately reassigned us rooms when we informed him about the broken AC unit. He was very helpful in recommending places to eat nearby. Each time we had a question or wanted coffee, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He most definitely is a valuable part of your staff!

The first room we were assigned did not have a microwave, the AC unit did not work, and the bathroom door was off balance and difficult to close. Common areas, hall floors, windows, etc need to be cleaned thoroughly.

Comfortable bed, good sheets, nice pillows, great staff at front desk.

Had funny smell and other patrons were not wearing masks, also some kids unaccompanied were running around. No soda or snacks anywhere.

Breakfast was okay. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Had a little trouble getting onto the property due to road construction. My GPS tried to take me to the main entrance which was not accessible. We finally found our way through the back entrance.

Didn't care for the breakfast. Road construction near main entrance caused frustration for us non-locals.
