SpringHill Suites Dallas Central Expressway

The location for our needs and proximity to downtown Dallas was perfect. Staff was excellent, willing to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast was very good and had a good variety of food options including eggs, sausage, soufle, potatoes, cereals, fruit, yougurt, oatmeal, toast, coffee, juice, waffles, etc. etc. On-site parking is abundant. There are many good eating and shopping options in close proximity to the hotel.

The water pressure/flow in the shower and bathroom sink was weak but acceptable. Add 5-10 minutes to your morning time. Best to ask for a room on the backside of the hotel away from the freeway as the noise is a bit loud.

Checked in around 5pm, staff was friendly and helpful with the questions I had. Went to the guest bathroom on the main floor and they had complimentary toiletries. I’ve never seen that in any hotel or resort (nice touch)! The room was really spacious and clean. The a/c worked perfectly. The only issue I had wasn’t because of the hotel, at night on weekends you can hear people above you. So, I’d recommend something to help you sleep and bring your own pillows and blankets. Everything on the bed is kinda thin. But, overall I would book this place again. 20min away with toll, from family activities.

Staff was friendly and offered suggestions for places to eat. My room was cleaned even thought I didn't really need it. The place was in a good location for me. I had to visit the hospital each day and different nursing homes to find a good one and I was able to find them, not too far away.

Elevator floor seemed dirty, but everyone uses it and I'm sure It is cleaned a lot. The first night neighbors were talking all through the night and I would wake up when the cooler went off, so I found out the next night I could put it on continuous so it covered the noises

staff, big room, proper desk and couch, clean, excellent WiFi . the staff were very accommodating and friendly. room was perfect, big bed, comfortable extra bedding, massive bathroom. plenty of space

the AC unit was noisy and you could hear your neighbours (their AC, mumbling etc.) but it didn’t bother me. there was no restaurant/store within walking distance but never had an issue getting Uber.

My stay was great and all just a few hiccups

When got there got charged 180 instead of booking price of 154.10. I figured accidental fees etc. So when I checked out. I asked for receipt to send copy to my card to pay balance and get my refund for remaining balance of 26.55, but saw they double charged me. They fixed it and emailed me receipt. I sent it to my card, but they canceled my card due to not being able to take portion of payment off. So now I do not know how to pay for stay I had. Overall stay was well

Easy access off I-75. Wonderful breakfast (bacon, omelet, breakfast potatoes, waffles, yogurt, juice…)

being right off I-75 it is very convenient but the flip side is you can hear the constant noise of traffic The barn door separating the bathroom from the sleeping area would at times randomly start opening at inopportune moments

Room was larger than expected! Courtesy breakfast was delicious and had a great selection! Love Springhill Suites and have never been disappointed.

Water leak under AC, carpet was wet. Door to bathroom was frosted so anytime someone was in there, the entire bed area was lit.

My stay here was comfortable the moment I walked in, Staff was amazing! Hostess was kind and lovely to speak with, the place itself was well maintained and clean! the room was beautiful and comfortable, clean and it smelled lovely to enter every time, the lighting in the room was well manageable and the room temperature can be adjusted. The doors required your card to enter so very secured, and the location is amazing for going out and enjoying great food. I had booked for one day and loved it! I wanted to stay another night, but was not able too due to the hotel being booked already, but regardless it was a lovely place to stay at. 10/10 would stay again and recommend.

There was nothing I did not like, only bad experience was at check out when a rude customer just kept complaining to the poor hostess who had already given enough information and offered her best to please the ignorant delirious man. other then that no negative reviews.

The check in was amazing. The agent was personable and friendly.

I have two charges on my card for 20.00 and 18.86. Really doesn't make sense if it's for incidentals. The room was left in great condition.

I loved the fact that the first room was not ready for us when we walked up, when I let them know they were quick to get us situated in another room and walked the room to check cleanliness prior to having us the keys.
