Hyatt Place Dallas Park Central

Location is pretty good and generally easy to get to; parking is also simple and is gated though I don’t know if they actually close it because it was open when we arrived late and open when we left relatively early in the morning; breakfast was good! pretty good options and they were all tasty; room was nice/cozy, bed was comfortable; amenities in general were really nice and I thought the value for the stay was great; checkin was smooth, checkout was also quick if you sign in and use the Hyatt app; overall just pleased with everything and would absolutely stay here again - Hyatt has started to set a good standard for hotels for me haha!

there isn’t much I didn’t like honestly - maybe a tad more selection for breakfast but that’s pretty much the most I could say; I didn’t think guests were noisy or anything - stay was really pleasant!

it was easy to book a room for my family of six. Staff was amazing, hospitable, attentive, polite, very helpful and courteous. Room were clean and fully stocked.

I didn’t like that I had trouble with my room key several times. We were locked out of our room for a few hours in pjs because we had gone down to breakfast. So we had to spend an unexpected amount of money to clothe all of us. They have two elevators but only one works so it takes a while to get up to your room.

The room layout was quite spacious with comfortable furniture. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the hot breakfast. There was enough choice.

TV location does not allow you to watch if you are not sitting on the bed this is a minor thing though but I kind of thought it would be good to have it where you can seat elsewhere and still be able to watch.

Room was a very good size for our family of 4

Thought pool would be open already with weather being fair for the kiddos but was still locked. Also there was a gentleman at the entrance side towards the back parking lot washing/detailing his car with a whole bucket and sponge smh. Other then that it was decent. Probably will not use again.

The team member at the front desk in the mornings was excellent. She greeted everyone with a smile and a genuine sense that she was excited to be in your facility and she wanted everyone to have a pleasant experience. The cook for breakfast was a really nice and positive team member also. Any other workers we encountered were great but these are the two that we saw most and they sold your hotel in a very pleasant way. Will look to stay there again when in the area

Staff was phenomenal

Room was okay. There was no smoke alarm and our room door had a paper with our room number on it and not an actual number plate like the rest of the doors. Elevator was stuck on 3rd floor the first night and my friend and I had to walk all the way up to the 6th floors. Was not very happy about that. Breakfast was also okay, could have been better.

It's was clean very comfortable the view of the city was really nice enjoyed my stay

I wish there was a microwave the housekeepers couldn't help me both women couldn't speak English checking out early was impossible both elevators were down my boyfriend had walk down four flights of stairs for breakfast

Great breakfast choices. The room was large and comfortable also.

Was disappointed that only one elevator worked and when we ordered drinks at the bar we found that they had no beer and wine. They only had a couple of bottles of liquor also. The lady stated that the shipment of alcohol wouldn't be in until Friday.

Good Location, room was nice, breakfast area was nice.

Day time Front desk clerk on Saturday July 17th could have been friendlier, she was borderline rude. Breakfast area furniture was too large for the space. Breakfast area was not adequately staffed and that poor man was doing everything by himself. He was hustling but it just wasn’t enough to keep up. I appreciate the effort but it would have been better if the breakfast options were limited in order to keep the area easier to manage. Too much going on! Elevators were pretty gross.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great layout to room with plenty of space. Breakfast was good with fresh blueberries and strawberries as well as hot foods and good coffee. Outdoor pool was refreshing. Staff was attentive and pleasant.

Some plates at breakfast were unclean - had dried food of them. Pool floor had random debris on bottom - needed to be vacuumed.
