I really liked the property and the room
It was frustrating that they didn’t have breakfast like they said. They didn’t match the check out times on booking.com. Staff was unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The housekeeping service does not honor when you put privacy please on your door. I really like this hotel but I was very disappointed by how rude the staff was to me especially when I left them nothing but nice reviews. There are good things about this hotel but definitely bad as well

I liked that I was given a 1st. Floor room. The room was clean, with fresh towels. All in all the room was quite nice.
The parking lot left a lot to be desired potholes bumpy it's that part was not pleasant. Being next to the Hwy. Sometimes when it was time for lights out you could hear the hwy traffic and wishing I had brought my fan.

Restaurant in the same lot, shower water was hot, fenced area for pets to use bathroom and room was clean. Only $40 deposit
Beds were okay but could be upgraded. It made my neck hurt. Phone in room didn’t work, when I called the front desk the worker couldn’t hear me but I could hear him. Air conditioner was loud but blew cold. No breakfast and my key stopped working after going to get food.

Red Roof took me in after my flight cancellation. Their rate is reasonable. The room is spacious and clean. The staff is great. 24-7 Denny’s next door. Can’t beat this slice of Americana.

The weather stripping was completely gone from the door! About an inch 1/2 was visible to the outside. I was up half the night concerned about what might crawl underneath! I do realize they are doing repairs.
