Comfort Suites North Dallas

Breakfast was good. The lady who checked us in and the manager were extremely nice. Great customer service.

Was charged 1 price when I checked in, paid that amount then, and made aware of a different price the morning of check out by a receipt slipped under our door. Tried to ask why this was happening and the woman who was just coming in from the outside proceeded to be extremely unprofessional and approach me with the worst attitude. It wasn't the manager. Some random worker. She was very upset that I asked why I was being charged a different price. One of the worst people I have ever dealt with. Will probably never return to that location because of this very unprofessional woman who was lacking all of the customer service skills.

Staff was fantastic. I even forgot my laptop in my room and they called me soon to let me know they had it. Was glad I didn't start heading back home right away.

Was on the ground floor and could hear every step the people above me made. They also liked to start being loud around 2:30 in the morning. So I would definitely suggest requesting a top level room. This was my first time staying here.

The room was pretty big for what I paid for. The bed was nice and had soft sheets with lots of pillows. I didn’t go in the pool since it felt pretty cold and there isn’t a hot tub. The free breakfast was actually really good. I’m always a sucker for fresh chocolate waffles. Lots of parking. The fridge and microwave in the room were a plus.

The location was a little complicated to get to with all the freeways and overpasses. The neighborhood didn’t feel very safe to walk around outside alone at night.

Breakfast very limited quantity, Fruits, and variety of Breads should be added, Also if Egg station added will be great. Also 2 Large LCDs in suite was surprisingly good

Everything was good except the stinky smell of old wood inside my room, also bath room need to be upgraded to Shower cabin instead of old style tub.

I stayed for four nights and throughout my stay the housekeeping came in and changed my sheets replaced towels and took the trash with out me even asking ! love it !

when it was time to check out here was no one at the front desk and I almost was Late to my flight

Was conveniently located for the things we needed during our stay and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was also a standout!

Rooms a bit dated and a slight musty smell upon entering the room

My previous stay wasn't great. Marijuana smell filled the upper floor. This last stay was much more pleasant. Greatly appreciated that. The young lady at reception was very nice. Overall my last visit was great i will book again. In fact soon

Hotel clean. Breakfast was not just continental. Easy to find convenient to my work location.

Didn't clean room every day. Front desk staff wasn't real friendly. Had kids running up and down the hall. Called to report. Got quiet for about 45 minutes.

Lady that worked during breakfast was very sweet helpful and nice. Room was big and clean.

Pool was small and chlorine was to strong for my son it caused chlorine burn on his legs since the water was to cold for him and he only put his feet and legs in. Would have liked if 2 tvs were in the room

Clean room at a location close to Medical City Dallas. They were able to facilitate early check in and gave us a first floor room.

Some of the counter tops need to be refinished or sealed to restore them to their original luster.
