I like the room

The Room No313 location to the side of the highway has a lot of noise . The hotel should replace the Windows to avoid the noise of the traffic snd cars . Therefore , it doesn’t matter you have a big and nice room if you can not sleep at night . It is my big suggestion to the manager of the hotel to change the windows to avoid the noise inside the room

Excellent value for location, size of room and free breakfast. Nice room size and adequately furnished. Kitchen suite was very convenient and would make longer stays easier. Good variety for breakfast.

I was not aware of the parking garage fee which was moderately expensive at $19.95/night. We had a longer stay so that was reduced to $10/night. However, I was traveling with my elderly mother and direct access from the parking garage level to our room floor made for a very convenient and short walk with her limited mobility. Another plus is that it seemed quite secure.

The staff gave us an early check-in which was much appreciated because we had driven for four hours. The room was a good size and the kitchenette was well furnished. The room was clean but the carpet seemed to need a good steaming.

The parking was expensive. The breakfast was a huge let down; it was basically the same thing over and over. It was okay the first day, but by day 3, I didn't even bother with it.

Room location overlooking courtyard and pool was perfect Ability to open a screened window - amazing these days.

The hot breakfasts had little variety from day to day. The melons were not always ripe. Pineapple was over ripe one day and had "turned" and should have been thrown out. Very grateful for the oatmeal and fresh apples, bananas and oranges to carry out, they were all excellent. Consider including nuts for the oatmeal.

There was a fully equipped kitchen and a good place to work. The bed was super cosy and bathroom and kitchen had all basic supplies. The breakfast was full American with sausages, eggs and even fruits there.

I was accommodated on the ground floor and the outside aircon or heating outlets/facilities were right in front to both living room and bedroom window. The noise kept going all night as if I was still on a plane.

Really helpful staff sorted out noisy room issue very quickly and efficiently. Extremely helpful with transport issue when we discovered taxis really are not a normal mode of transport in. Dallas

Very noisy first allocated room next to freeway and very badly installed double glazing. Tired building needs renovation.

Staffs are very kind and friendly. Everyone is smiling and ready to help and rooms are also spacious!

Bathroom is out dated and electricity plug holes are loose so easy to fall off if laptop charger is big and heavy

It was an excellent experience .

Cleanliness,near to all the landmark .Will definitely stay there again and again. Also is a family friendly environment. Kids enjoyed there

the location is fabulous. The free breakfast is wonderful. The room was very comfortable and easy to access the garage. The bed was comfortable.

The sofa was not very comfortable. We had to take our towels to the front desk to get clean ones. We were told hand towels would be brought to our room, but never appeared. The exit gate for the parking garage was open for the whole week-end. I guess it broke.

I really liked the staff and the location. It was welcoming and the studio was great. The breakfast was one of the best hotel one we have ever had.

our first room was overlooking the freeway and was very noisy at night. The staff relocated us to a much quieter room.
