The Statler Dallas, Curio Collection By Hilton

Modern hi tech hotel in downtown Dallas with a fantastic rooftop pool. Electric curtains and rain shower were particularly good features. Special mention to Ivan in customer service who really helped us out when we left our passports in the room safe. He personally posted them to us and checked that we received them. A real hero!

Rooftop pool twice had noisy parties going on when visited it. The service in the breakfast bar was incredibly slow at making our breakfast. Service at the bar was very slow at times. Bar couldn't serve hot tea. The room mini bar was unrefrigerated so we couldn't keep medicines cool.

Staff was always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. WiFi connection always good.

My booking included breakfast which we had to get from one of the restaurants. On checking out, however, we were charged breakfast for the 2 days that we went. However, it had not been communicated to us that breakfast was up to a certain amount and so we were still charged the extra for those 2 days. But no credit for the days that we did not go.

This hotel was phenomenal. We arrived early driving from Houston, noon. Check-in was at 4PM, they ushered us into our room 4 hours early. The room was beautiful - bathroom was HUGE, convention rooms were on point, rooftop pool party was amazing. Staff held doors, answered questions, facilitated food pickup - we had a FABULOUS time. There is nothing about this hotel that wasn't on point for me - front staff were welcoming, communicative and positively awesome from the minute we walked in until we checked out.

The staff were so happy, amazing. The hotel was awesome, vintage, and modern. Really cool. Great location too.

The first room we had was awful. Room 223. The view of the furnace boilers was depressing. The room smelled of mold and mildew. But the staff corrected the issue as soon as they could,moving us to an outstanding room at no exta charge.

Over Easy, one of the Hotel’s restaurant was very good breakfast option. The other restaurant was not serving food when I visited it, it was pretty late . The apothecary had a vending machine with decent food( sandwiches), that was not chips. The rooftop had a party vibe, mostly young people 21 to 30 somethings.

Soaking TUB!!! Also, central location- Downtown. Easy commute to several popular sites in Dallas!

The beds are like heaven under sheets. They are very comfortable. Like sleeping on clouds.

Absolutely nothing to report. Its is a great hotel.

Great spot, near most attractions and restaurants. They had a Mexican night which was fantastic, so delicious! Breakfast was good as well. Valet awesome, these guys are pros. Concierge man, is just brilliant, doesnt miss a beat also a pure professional. Room is great with a huge bathroom.

A higher floor? We had the 4th floor. Some sidewalk noise but not too late so it was okay.

Parking arrangements and pricing horrible. 12 dollars for parking at the most. Change prices! And my table had permanent soda can stains, which annoyed me..
