Very nice and clean. The room was very spacious.

When i was booking this hotel it said that breakfast is included. But actually they gave me 20$ voucher, for 2 people! When just salad costs 13$. This should be mentioned when you book hotel. I was very disappointed when i heard that.20$ voucher is for the room so no matter if there’s 1-2-3-4 people this will always be 20$, coffee, water are not free as well so for 20$ you get one salad and 2 coffees and probably 1 water.

We really liked the conversion of a historic pants factory into a hotel. The lobby area is spacious and beautiful, and our room was spacious with a great view.

We would have stayed much longer, but we had almost no room in the tiny closet to hang our clothes. This was especially odd in that our room was large with more than enough space to have built in a much bigger closet. The inadequate closet was by far the main factor in our early departure. Also, the breakfast area flow needs to be rethought. We had to walk up and look at the menu, and then go to the front desk to place our order, sometimes when staff there were slammed by guests checking out. This resulted in delays in placing our orders and getting our food. Changing the entire system to a free-breakfast approach would be simpler to administer and would be much more pleasing and efficient for guests.

Great hotel, great location, very clean and convenient, best value of the downtown hotels. Comfy bed, great pillows, nice shower and bath items from the Dry Bar (smelled great!).The mini fridge was cold, excellent free coffee in the morning and a great little kitchen/snack area downstairs that we were able to heat up some food or order some breakfast/snacks. The food was great, very nice bar in the lobby and we love the old warehouse decor! Having the public parking next door tied into the hotel was VERY convenient! Special thanks to Kiki, Justin, Jacob, Kennedy and Demarcus for taking great care of us during out stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable! WE WILL be back next year!

Need extra hangers in the room

The location was great! Staff were friendly. Room was tidy. The bed was super comfortable. Shower was amazing( water pressure and shower head) Pets are welcome free of charge, this is something I always look for as a traveller! Overall, a great experience would definitely return!

There weren’t many plug ins available for my smart devices. Room furniture appeared to be a little damaged /worn ( desk area) and the sheets kept coming off the bed. I had no idea that this location actually had a restaurant or a kitchen until the very last day. At least that’s what it looks like on the website on Marriott. I’m actually still not sure lol. The shower mat was placed inside the shower didn’t realize it until after I turned the shower on maybe my mistake but would’ve been nice to have the floor mat outside of the shower. The floor was soaked almost every time I took a shower. It would have also been nice to know how to get to my room. I walked around the first time initially as the signs weren’t as clear to me.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Received a free room upgrade. Location was perfect for event at Kay Bailey maybe about a 5 min walk, you can see it from the hotel. Breakfast available but not free. Parking is not free either but convenient, cost is $16 usd per day

The AC would work great then it would go back to a warmer setting over night which made the room muggy. Parking should be free for guests for the amount of money you pay. Light switches in the room were also very weird and connected very odd.

Everything! The room looked just like the pictures posted. Wasn't expecting such a nice room at the price I paid.. very affordable.

The only complaint I have is something the hotel can't manage was the paid parking parking lot next to it. My stay was on a Saturday night. So, there was some heathens in the parking lot making a lot of "racket" and probably twerking. The reason I say that is because I could hear "Aye" over and over. I'm just being funny about that, but that was the only complaint. I enjoyed it tho.

Everything was good. I did not like that the bathroom's lighting did not work. Please get that fixed.

The bathroom light was not fixed, and the attendant did not recognize my reservation and told me I was not registered. I then took out the confirmation and code. It was only after calling booking.com that he realized that he had not made the connection to my name. I do commend him on how he handled the situation. He apologized immediately and gave me a fantastic room with a beautiful view. My only hope is that he learned to do some digging before translating incorrect information to a customer. We all are human and make mistakes, but it's not fun going through extra steps when you don't have to, and all you want to do is get to your room. And you do everything right so you won't have to go through these situations.

The reception staff were great - friendly and informative. The lobby was funky, with loads of seats, a pool table and great bar. It looked out onto Pioneer Plaza. The pool was open to late and not too busy. Our room was fantastic. It was a corner room, with windows to front and side, 2 massive beds, a dressing room and bathroom. The hotel was in a good location for sightseeing.

Breakfast (buffet) included would make this hotel almost perfect.

The location was great. Close to many restaurants and retail shops. No extra pet fees :) Comfortable room.

Curtain did not close completely. TV did not work. There were many streaming services shown on screen, though I could not access any.. even the one that said free. I had a short stay, so did not call staff to fix. The pool was very dirty. Even if I was not going to go in the pool, I wanted to read by it. But the look of it was just too bad to stay out there. Too bad because the weather was nice that day.

Loved that they have drybar products and many cozy locations to relax. On top of that, the beds were so squishy and great to lay on. The staff was lovely and we got the included breakfast option and it tasted great!

The only cons were lack of mirrors outside the batheoom for getting ready and that the bathroom had no form of a locking door. There was only a sliding door to separate the toilet from the sink.
