TownePlace Suites by Marriott Dallas Downtown

The suites were huge. Beds are comfy. The pool was nice.

Valet is $30 per night, which wasn't listed. You can get public parking, but its only $2 cheaper. However the valet parking is in its own fenced area. BUT we left Saturday evening, when we got back the parking lot was completely full so the valet parked us in the public parking. The next street over is full of vagrants, so its sketchy. Get an uber if you don't want to lose the security of the fenced in parking lot.

I like how they did breakfast with Covid precautions. The rooms are very spacious which was nice. Room was clean

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to call multiple times for an extra roll of toilet paper. I understand they may be short staff but there was only one room in our room wish there was an extra roll. Wish there was a full length mirror too.

The property was very nice. The young lady I checked in with was pleasant and swift. She made check-in run smoothly.

Valet was a nice touch to add Although the parking/valet seems a bit unorganized and confusing for some I still think it has the potential to flow smoother over time. (Everyone is trying to figure out COVID) The parking and unloading tea was a bit congested. When people arrived they didn’t know that valet was the only parking on Friday and Saturday. Also one of the valet guys acted like he didn’t want to help any guest get the cars. The younger guy was doing ALL the work...and for that he got all our Tips too!

I love the Queen Studio room. It was an excellent choice and fit very nicely into the romantic evening my significant other and I had planned. I will definitely be booking another stay soon.

Some of the overnight staff at the counter were rude. The young lady who works at night was very helpful when valet forgot to send me the text to call for my car but the guy who worked after her was rude and simply made me feel as if he just didn't want to deal with the issue and was kind of brushing me off however the young lady I previously spoked to happened to still be there and saved the day. I don't know who she is but she is AMAZING....

Bed was super comfortable. Shower has great water pressure. Great location. Kitchenette was super useful in not having to order take out. Will definitely be staying here again next time in Dallas!

Nothing comes to mind what I didn't like about TownePlace Suites.

I really enjoyed my stay at TownePlace Suites. The amenities in the hotel were beautiful! The views of the city skyline were BEAUTIFUL! And everything about my room was clean and comfortable! Overall, my girlfriend and I did enjoy our stay.

The ONLY thing I disliked about my stay was the parking situation. The area for valet is very small and congested, as well as, the traffic leading up/down Evergreen St. Not to mention, there were SO MANY homeless people sleeping on and walking the streets that surround the perimeter of the hotel.

Hotel was very clean and staff way very friendly

Parking was a bit of a hassle as we didnt know we needed to make a reservation with valet and had to park in paid oaring and walk acro6the street with all our stuff at night.

The location was great. The guest relationship personal was very good. But as it was I could not find a Bible. The Mormon Book was there bit no King James. I called the desk to see if they had one but no they didn't. It concerns me a bit because if I was one in need of a word of direction that I find in God's word I would have been without. In today's time it's only fair that the Word be provided as it has been over the years. Some people need it.

Amazing downtown location, I was on the top floor and had a great view. The staff was super helpful and friendly. This place was like a studio apartment. I would definitely recommend.

Paying for Parking.

The bed was comfortable.

How we didn't get maintenance come clean the room daily or didn't come at all for the 4 days we stayed. We had to buy our own toilet paper. The AC wasn't working and one of the locks fell off as soon as we got in the room. One of the staff members was way too serious, almost felt he was mad.
