Courtyard by Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District

Great location. This hotel is right next to the reunion tower and walking distance to the grassy knoll (JFK assasination point) The train/tram station is next to the hotel, which gives great access tot dallas and one stop away from the american airlines center, if you want to go to see a stars or mavs game Hotel staff were super helpful and always went above and beyond to help Great views from the sky bar Very nice gym with enough equipment to do a full workout

There is no safe in the rooms. This is the only thing we felt was missing

BreakfastGood Would like unbottled refillable water rather than bottled. FRESH FRUIT better than the packaged . Eggs great. Yoghurt great. Lighting a central light over the middle of the room would improve the hotel room . Bedside lighting great. The mattresses were outstanding ,linen clean and pretty bedspread. More tissues at bedside , rubbish bin near bedside . Seating v comfortable. Toaster would have gone down well.

BOOKING.COM did not provide you with information about our breakfast for two people which was included. Had to ask for it. All the taxes charged on top of the room booking fee need to be included in your booking fee as it is $142.00 out of the total of$958.20 -15% taxes pretty significant and should be advertised.

Location and proximity to bus stations around and the street car. A very clean hotel in a quiet area in Dallas. Beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was ok but there should be more of a variety.

This area is boring at night, no restaurants or bars around, you have walk at least 10 min to the center. The bar at the hotel is most of the time empty. Staff were polite but didn’t really know much about the area.

I liked the location best. I thought the layout was a little unusual with the bar/coffee place/check-in desk all at one location. It wasn't wrong and wouldn't prevent me from staying there again; it was just a little strange. Maybe because we entered from the parking garage and had to take the stairs/elevator there...

I wish there had been a restaurant but what was there met our needs. We ate lunch at the restaurant about 2 doors down.

Very nice hotel near Kennedy Memorial. It is located on a quiet street - we stayed in a wonderful room with total blackout curtains and comfy beds and a good clean shower. The guy at the reception was very friendly and managed to check us in a little earlier (that was a big deal for us). The hotel has a nice rooftop bar/lounge with a little city view (kitchen closes a little early though). Uber and delivery services work well in the area.

The staff was great! Especially the bar tenders from 6pm-12am, they make perfect drinks, they have great service. Great conversations, when we needed help, everyone was helpful. Even the valet helped me with a surprise for my wife and I appreciated that. We will most definitely be returning! Do not just look at the price when booking here, think about the experience. You will not regret it!

the hotel was great and the location easy to find and easy highway access.

on the booking website, it said 15 for self-parking. I had things in my car that I didn't want others access to. when I arrived i was told valet parking only and $35. I told the front desk that, and they told me it was valet parking and 35 bucks, and that was that. didn't try to work with me at all.

Conveniently located, mostly clean

Stain on the couch. Housekeepers took 3 wash cloths out the bathroom and only left one. It was 2 of us in the room. The lady that helped me check in was very aggressive and was rushing for no reason. There was no one else in line. The next night, I came to buy a drink and the other lady was just very unfriendly.

The property was clean. The view from my room was amazing 👏🏽 😍. The remote control to the TV had a sanitary covering. I was impressed with that 🙌🏾👏🏽.

I was unaware of how to check in. Doors from the outside require a key upon entry. I did not drive in I flew in and took an uber to the property. Ringing the bell the doorman ignored me. Certain services were cut off without knowledge but certain guests could walk up and be served the rest of us received no service. It turns out I'm not famous yet. (The coffee station and rooftop restaurant). Seven customers walked up for service to rooftop and were turned away due to lack of customers. It was only 10pm. (All I wanted was a hot cup of tea. My coffee maker in my room was malfunctioning).
