Best Western Plus Fort Stockton Hotel

Stayed here lots of times for BBORR, always a good place to stay at a fair price. Lots of co-racers stay there and it's fun to catch up with them in the bar. Kind of a bad but the manager, Santosh, made it right... There was some kind of SNAFU between Booking and the BW+ systems and changes I made to my reservations never made it into the BW+ system. We were initially over-charged by the staff to get our rooms, but Santosh found the problem and fixed everything.

The front-desk staff's attitude on the phone about not having a reservation when I clearly did was not very professional.

very friendly greeting with cookies. Free dinner and breakfast so nice. Rooms spacious. Pool warm and hot tub hot and clean. It was a quiet and calm experience and very welcome. The breakfast is the best spread we have had so far. The bfast attendant was friendly, responsive and kind. would return for sure. I like that the employee are allotted time after bfast hours are over to also eat. It shows value of employees and is a plus. This place is both family and pet friendly! thank you

The facility is due for some updates. our luggage cart was broken. The style is a little dated around the hotel but I didn’t mind given the amount of positives.

It is a pet friendly hotel with great fenced in runs for the dogs. That is an exceptional feature when traveling with a dog. There is a dog biscuit dispenser in the lobby. The breakfast was very good and a free dinner is offered.

It's a small thing but the pillows were enormous and we couldn't use them without wrenching our necks. However, everything else about the bed and bedding was excellent.

The breakfast selection was outstanding! Plenty to choose from. Spacious parking in front of the hotel. Complimentary dinner consisting of cheeseburger and fries or nachos was served from 6 pm to 9 pm after checking in. The salt water pool was nicely heated and the hot tub felt heavenly after a long day's drive! All the employees we met were very friendly and helpful.

Great value. Real hotel. Allows pets. Nice decor. Friendly staff. Convenient, free parking. Location. Felt safe and secure. Frozen foods and other offerings in hotel lobby for purchase. Free snack offered. Breakfast available. Safe in closet for valuables.

Out-dated, non-fully functional iron (little to no steam). Awkward to open refrigerator inside cabinet; hotel could fix with slight modification.

very friendly staff, very lovely and clean hotel, comfortable bed, arrived just when complimentary dinner was being served (Salisbury steak, Mac and cheese, and salad this night). I believe that the one star review could only have been from someone sent by the competitors. We enjoyed our stay!

Breakfast was awesome and filling. Rooms were very spacious and even included pull out couch and small living room. Didnt get to stay for dinner but front desk told me they serve complimentary dinner as well. Wow such alot for money. Staff accommodated my service dog with no extra fees. Had a late check in but staff allowed me to swim in amazing heated pool and jacuzzi.. i Would totally stay again.

Nicely updated bathroom but shower curtain had mold on bottom. They should probably add glass shower door to prevent recurrent mold problems.

Great breakfast with a large variety of options, the dinner has not dispointed me either, nice clean rooms and overall facility and the staff is always very professional and courteous.

It would be nice if the rooms were a little more updated and the beds included comforters

Salt water heated pool and jacuzzi were great. Dinner was bbq sandwich and sides- very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast which was served by staff due to covid was cold! Elevators were not working. We were on 3rd floor. Staff did assist with luggage, but up and down stairs was difficult. Please note they did phone me that morning that elevator would not be working.

This hotel provides great value. I make frequent cross -country road trips and this was my second time staying here. The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. They even called my room a few hours after I settled in to make sure everything with my room was okay. I needed to get some work done and the internet worked great for allowing me to do that. The free breakfast offering was good. Since my visit was during the pandemic, they had a masked and gloved staff memeber filling people's food requests and serving the food to ensure everyone's safety. He was very friendly and checked on me several times to make sure I was okay and didn't need anything else. Also, the hotel is located right off the I-10 making it easy to get back on the road. I would highly recommend this hotel for families and solo travelers, and will stay here again in the future.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel.
