The room was comfortable. I love the cinnamon rolls.
They charged me a $25 incidental fee. I didn't like that. It was refunded in a few days. I still don't agree. They had my Amex card and there was no way they were going to lose any money. It would be a deal breaker for me if that continued. There were other hotels right next door.

Quick and easy check-in, clean facilities and room. Breakfast was awesome, not just a bagel and yogurt (which they had), but bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, and you can make your own mini waffles (banana and vanilla).
Got stuck in elevator. Don’t push door close after your floor #, only 1, 2, and 3.

The presentation of the breakfast bar with a variety of breakfast items was great. Typically, hotels offer simply a continental breakfast and not enticing especially when you have a long day ahead of you. The staff was so friendly and the breakfast area was soooo welcoming. The gym area was a plus even though there was no time to partake.

The shower did not work properly and the digital display on the thermostat did not work. Both issues reported to front desk upon leaving the next morning

The Breakfast was very good! There was a lot of items to choose from and the omelet was delicious.
I was completely happy with the breakfast choices. I had my 3 grandchildren and there was something for each of them. The kids went swimming the pool was nice, clean, welcoming. A maintenance man helped us open the gate and he was very friendly and helpful! Over all we were Happy with our stay.

I stayed here with my fiancé and the room we stayed in looked modern and clean. They have seals on the door to know if your room was properly cleaned before you entered it. The soap is neutrogena and not cheap chinese knock off shampoo.
The breakfast was very limited. It wasn’t bad. There were many options but they didn’t have pancakes, waffles, bacon or sausage links. It was self serve so you hope that the person who came before you used proper hygiene but there is no way to know for sure.

A more updated, more modern room. Carpet was brown and dirty looking so the floor really needs to be updated. Everything was so dark and brown. Please modernize your rooms and do different colors.
