Comfort Suites

Just took a road trip so we only stayed one night and went on our way. I was SO pleasantly surprised. Not only with the sofa in the room allowing for seating other than the bed, and a place to eat our take-in dinner. But also the bed was SO comfortable! And the A/C was actually COLD and STAYED ON. We slept fabulously! And the complimentary breakfast was great and so varied - something for everyone! Delicious! And while these are certainly available at other hotels, I couldn't believe we got them for the price! It will be our #1 choice to look for whenever we are travelling. (Seriously it used to be Hampton Inn, then Holiday Inn Express, then Fairfield Inn - recently disappointed with separate stays at those; hence, our decision with Comfort Inn Suites this time.) Thank you!

Just to not have a blank here - If I had to have one complaint - and this is very minor - it would be great if it had glass shower doors (i.e. NO shower curtain so it doesn't 'stick' to you when you're showering. But this is such a minor thing, I hate to even complain about it. :-) Also - my husband just reminded me that the ice maker on our floor wasn't working so we had to go to another floor. Minor inconvenience.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was excellent. Our time spent at the hotel was pretty much awesome. The hotel was nice, very clean, all amenities were working, and we couldn't ask for more. The rooms we got were suites and all included a full size sofa bed. We had plenty of space in each room. The breakfast that was included was top notch and having an indoor pool was excellent for the kids.

Location & amenities, perfect. Right next to a fine Chinese restaurant. Sadly, when checking into the Comfort Suites on Sunday 5 March, we were virtually ignored by the head staff woman. She was on an endless long distance call; at the same time, the other younger staff woman just ignored us totally. it took over 15 minutes for the head staff woman to acknowledge us, while the second one ignored us!! When we finally got the keys two the third floor room, both digital keys did not work!!! We could not enter the suite! Once the head staff woman rekeyed them, only one worked. Upon our departure on Monday 7 Mar, the same head woman was friendly & very professional. Thus, all ended well.

Property is perfect.

Breakfast was good. Comfort of the room was excellent. Bed, linens, and pillows were all very comfortable Room was spacious. Well stocked with bath towels. Bed was next to AC, which is a plus for comfort as well as noise masking. Staff did their best to assure a pleasant stay .

I don't know if I got my points for the stay, and neither did the check-in clerk.

Breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly. The room and facilities were nice and clean.

The WiFi didn’t work!! The hotel didn’t have water or coffee around the clock. It had a couple of water stands that said water with lemon, but they were empty all the time.

great place to stop for the night during a long road trip! It was very clean, the staff was friendly, the complimentary breakfast was restaurant quality and the pool/hot tub and gym were perfect additions to help entertain the kids and relax after driving 10 hours. Highly recommend staying here. It is close to K-Bobs restaurant which served delicious food as well!

The friendleness when we checked in and out. Traveling with a handicap, the room was more than our expectations. There was a comfortable place for him to sit and the shower was easy for him to get in and out. The breakfast was good, we had a good choice, expecially for my brother. The location was easy to get to and then back onto I 10.

The staff was quick and attentive. We got checked in and on our way with no issues. The pool was clean and comfortable with easy access to the hot tub. Plenty of room for all. Check out was made easy with the staff delivering our receipt to our room and we were able to drop our keys at the front desk. Our suites were right next to each other with adjoining rooms for our convenience. I couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. It really was wonderful.

Staff was friendly, professional and courteous. They made the check-in process very easy. The rooms were very clean, very roomy. The pool was indoors was a plus. Breakfast was excellent, lots of options from yogurt, to a eggs, bacon and pancakes. They even have an on-site food store on site loaded with snacks, frozen meals, drinks and chips.

Water pressure in the shower was weak.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I very much appreciated the hot tub and the hot breakfast that was served. I was very grateful that I was able to extend my stay at the last minute due to the ice storm that happened while I was there. 🥰
