Great maid service and front end workers. Very kind.

Janitor was trying to get in to fix a toilet after I arrived and did not knock...seems like he should have known the room was checked out and the problem should have been fixed before I was allowed to check in.

We had booked 2 nights but added another night because we didn’t want to leave .The staff was so amazing with us. Our toddler accidentally locked the bathroom door not even 10 minutes of being in our room and a staff member had to unlock it for us 🥴 the next morning we found that our lights in our vehicle were left on and the battery was drained and the maintenance man was so kind to give us a jump . Breakfast was great and had many options to choose from . We usually rent a house with other family, we usually spend a couple of hundred more for a house and cook breakfast so it was nice to have extra spending money and not have to cook . Beds were so comfortable.

Room was muggy and had moisture making the room have a slight stench it not too bad just would have been nice with a dehumidifier

Location is good and easy to get to. I enjoyed the breakfast because there was a variety of breakfast food to choose from and everything was hot.

All of the rooms had a balcony but during the night you can not see anything because of the street lights shining on the hotel. There is a lot of light around the hotel for safety. That I like.

The staff was amazing! The desk clerk knew me by name and went out of her way to make us comfortable! The precious lady who prepared our breakfast was a gem! Wanted to bring her gone with me! Room was clean and large and comfy! And we really enjoyed our view of the ocean!!

We chose the hotel because it had a hot tub with the pool. It wasn’t working. We swam one day and a kid used the bathroom in the pool and that shut it down for the rest of our stay. I do realized that was not in the control of the property!

I enjoyed the breakfast and being in walking distance from the beach. The staff was friendly and took care of us. Didn't have any issues the days we stayed there.

Not going to say that I didn't like anything but its an older hotel but its maintained well. It's worth what you pay for.

the lady who we checked in with was a delight. she made it simple, answered all of our questions, and helped us with some beverages. She was very happy to help us, and it showed in her personality… She needs a raise.

with having no restaurants or very few options, the location was not the best.

The hot breakfast was delicious and we had an ocean view. The walk to the beach was 680 steps. The staff were wonderful and our room was very clean. We plan on staying there every year.

Nothing could have been better. Loved the hotel being next to a theater. My grandkids and I saw the new Jurassic movie one night after the pool closed.

It is an a good location

It was really expensive and I ask if you guys can do a little something for my big girl like a teddy towel bear or a candy nothing big something that makes her day extra especial but no they didn’t do anything

I like the amount of space provided, the amenities, and that it is a little further down the seawall. I don't like staying in the middle of the chaos. We didn't get a balcony room, but the view from the hotel was great! I highly recommend this place. The beds are also comfortable. Of course, the pull out couch wasn't the softest, but for a kid, it worked.

The breakfast was good, we are just used to having gravy on the "menu". That's really the only complaint.

It was great! The ferry is amazing! I would have ridden it all day if I had known how disappointed the town is! Who needs to pay for a dolphin tour when they are free on the ferry rides !

Galveston is very annoyingly commercialized! Parking is annoying! Traffic is annoying!
