I Love the private patio and bed it was so comfy. I want to give it 5 stars however there were minor issues that were a little nerve wrecking..

I didn't like that the TV remote didn't work nor any replacement until the third time contacting the front desk. None of the remotes worked. The volume worked on one but not the channel changing buttons. Finally got it right at 2 am. The hair dryer didn't work. There was no tub only a shower. And the room was cleaned in a rush. Hair was in a lot of places.

Waffle maker not working properly. Underdone and no beep to let you know it was ready. Bathroom was a bit rough. Tiles broken and missing.

A little set back so no ocean view, door handle to balcony was a little flimsy, no water at breaksfast

Staff's customer service was impeccable. Very friendly, explanatory, accommodating and helpful! Loved the sausage gravy and biscuits!

Breakfast was to be served until 9:30. I got there at 9a one day and everything was pretty much gone except for a few slices of bread, cereal and yogurt. I mean that's 30 minutes before cutoff time. I asked if they were going to make more eggs or biscuits and gravy or put out more bagels, and they said no. They locked the doors at 9:20a. Maybe they're supposed to only make a certain amount each day, and once it's gone, it's gone. 🤷‍♀️ I just had toast, but I was starving....lol...It was Mardi Gras weekend and they had stated at the front desk that they were sold out so it seems like they'd prepared more food or made more to put out when it ran out.

We have stayed multiple times at this location. We enjoy the king-size bed and the room layout on the fourth floor.. We had no issues with this visit. The A/C was effective and quiet.

We didn't like that there are no longer coffee makers in the room. We asked for an iron but there were no ironing boards. No vending machines visible but there is still an ice machine on each floor. We don't expect much for a 'free' breakfast but the staff were not very present at the breakfast area and it needed it. Only one waffle machine makes for a very long line. There was no fresh fruit and the coffee machine wasn't always working.

Location was excellent, one block off Seawall and much quieter as a result. Lobby was clean and room was clean. Room size was great. I was in a King Suite which included a couch and coffee table which was perfect for the working I needed to do. Balcony was adequate size and featured a glimpse of the ocean. 2 plastic chairs were on the balcony, they were not comfortable and no table was provided for drinks, etc. Hotel offered breakfast but I never made it down to eat, so I can't speak as to what was offered. Pool was busy the entire time I was there, but again I never used it.

The bathroom needs work. It needs deep cleaning, there were hairs on the shower wall when I went to use it the first time. The shower head SUCKS..... it is small & high up & totally clogged... only one setting would work and very little water came out... I felt like I was chasing the water to try to shower. In the bedroom part, my side table drawer would not stay shut, it continually opened all the way up which was dangerous when getting up in the dark.. I banged my legs a couple of times before using the phone cord to tie it shut. TV needs replaced, it is tiny, but it did work. I was on the 4th floor and even though the signs say no smoking, someone was definitely enjoying marijuana all week... it was so strong in the halls.

We were only there for 1 night, but we were able to get checked in after dinner and be up for breakfast and out in time to make our cruise. Also, in the non handicap room, the AC didn't work, but the staff immediately moved them to another room. We were very impressed that they didn't do like other hotels we've been in that had us stay in the room while they fixed the AC.

The beds in the handicap room are too tall. I had to have someone help me in and out of bed. I was disappointed that I was not told there was no carpet in the room. If I don't have boots with braces on, I can't walk on uncarpeted floors. Housekeeping gave us extra towels to lay down on the floor so I could walk to the bathroom and showe, etc. without pain.

Several food options at breakfast, AC was nice and cold, rooms were clean. Our room 403 had a balcony with chairs that had a view of the water. Please put batteries on the clock in the gym and fix the time on the dining room clock

Eggs were cold, in a large crockpot. Maybe bacon or sausage either/or would of been nice. Kitchen hostess was not friendly, she did not say good or ing as she opened the dining room doors, she never smiled,my husband spilled a little milk from his cereal bowl , we asked for a mop, her body expression. Was upset. I apologized and said I was sorry , my husband apologized , she never acknowledged either one of us. We thanked her again as we cleaned our table and headed out of the dining room… nothing… just an unhappy employee
