Great location and view. Neighbors on only one side, so pretty quiet. Clean condo. Comfortable bed and couch. Good layout given the condo size. A/c worked well.

The front door lock didn't work well, but it might have been something we did wrong. We had to lock the gate since the door wouldn't lock. Not the owners issue, but the elevator was incredibly slow and hot. I was afraid it was going to break down. If you got stuck in there, you would get heat exhaustion before anyone could get you out. We took the stairs for everything, which was okay since it was only one flight but brought our stuff up and down in the elevator.

This place was lovely. I appreciated that they let me know before hand the dishwasher was out for our stay, they contacted and checked on us regularly throughout our stay! The place was very clean & the view was nice! My kids loved having the options on the Roku and not just stuck to regular TV. We enjoyed the Swimming pools and hot tubs & the quick walk over to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay! :)

I really didnt dislike anything, i will say it being on the bottom floor, i wasnt expecting to have to go up a flight of stairs. They do have elevators, so not a huge deal, steps are quicker access back to the ground and parking! But other than that it was a lovely place for myself, husband 2 kiddos

Convenient. The best location for us. We always walk to the pier from here. It take 1hr because we stop and shop, really a good walk from the room. Cozy home away from home. Quiet. Well kept. The host always response timely. We keep coming back and will continue coming to this spot. Clean up behind yourself it's just like home. They make sure you have nice amenities, it's not just anything they wouldn't want on their family vacation. The sofa is comfortable to lounge and watch t.v and I finally figured out how to watch all the news I want. No fault of there's I had to learn how to work roku...lol!! and last but not least, which is the biggest reason I keep coming back. The view is breathtaking!!! I absolutely love the view.

There's never anything I don't like at Seas of the Day

The condo itself was very nice and cozy. Everything was clean and in place. Nothing was broken, everything was easily accessible inside the condo. We didn't get a chance to use any of the amenities on the property but the outside pool was definitely nice, clean and very well lit outside at night. Now to the negative. This is more or so a review of the cleaning services. The smell of cleaning products or bug spray was overwhelming. It immediately made us nauseous and gave me a bad headache. So bad I had to run to Walmart for pain relief, minutes after getting inside the condo. The cleaning product should be used a little less maybe switch products. If it was bug spray, then that shouldn't be used right before a renter shows up. It took a solid 24 hours to get the smell out. Other than the smell, the condo was great.

The property (The Victorian) could use some new paint and updating. I've lived here my whole life (40+ years) and seems like this property has never been updated.

Great location, nicely decorated and nice people. The view of the ocean and walk to the beach were a big plus. The pools were very clean, and the grounds were nicely kept. Lots of linens for those chilly evenings. Parking was easy, front desk people wonderful and well situated to many shops and restaurants.

For two people, the storage was workable, but with a family it would be difficult. We ended up putting suitcases, etc. on the bunk beds as we didn't need them. It would have been nice if there were more baking pans for the small oven. You'll need to remember a lot of different codes (pools, gates, door, entrance, etc.)!

Very clean, nicely furnished, and well-stocked for a short stay. Nice towels, soap, kitchen supplies. Balcony with view of the gulf. Comfortable bed. Host very responsive and helpful. Good location within the city, much within a short walk. Easy access to beach and long walking/running/bike path on the seawall. Quiet building without dog noise. Main office is available in large condo complex.

Sliding bathroom door. It is a small apartment, but plenty roomy and nice for two people.

The condo was pretty nice, a little smaller then the pictures made it seem. there are a few updates Ii would suggest and plan on emailing the owner on. The property (not the condo) needs some up dates and repairs. Back to the condo it was nice the beach is so close and parking from the condo was great. there are a few restraints and stores all in walking distance which is very nice.

Great location, right across from the beach. Easy walk to beach and balcony had a great view. We will return to this property again.

The boiler to the building was shut down for repairs for part of one day with no notice but hot water was restored by around 5pm. Complex didn’t notify property owner or occupants. property owner was very responsive to our message when we reached out about the situation however.

location was very good. shane at the reception desk was extremely helpful. the condo was very clean. the price was reasonable. overall a very enjoyable vacation.

THE WEATHER. I realize you could not fix it but that was the only downside to our stay. two things that need to be repaired are the towel rack to the left of the bath vanity. the set screw needs to be tightened with an allen wrench. and one hinge on the top of a cabinet door needs to be tightened with a screw driver.

I want to first start off by saying that the owners were amazing! We emailed and texted about several different things from the time we booked the condo at the end of April through our trip. They were so fast in response and in this busy time that wasn’t expected. The condo is just like the pictures, perfect for 2 adults or a family. Everything that you could need. Check in was very easy, the young man at the desk although busy was very nice. There is absolutely nothing that we would have changed except digging up the condo and putting it right in the sand. This is a place that I hope to come again. Oh I will say that if you need good reliable internet then that may be a problem. The WiFi was not very good at all. We could not use any of our devices to watch movies, play games etc.
