Best Western PLUS Hobby Airport Inn and Suites

Breakfast was alright. Nothing outstanding but the breakfast sandwich was a good idea.

Everything was fine for the amount of time I was there. Appreciate the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Drivers were polite and I didn't have to wait long on either end.

The accommodation had everything we needed, the room was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast was very good compared to lots of other hotels during the pandemic.

Staff were great. Friendly and helpful. Rooms smelled lovely. Good selection for breakfast. Good value.

Our room was next to the laundry, the dryer running all hours of the night were very loud. The breakfast was not accessible to us because it opened at 6:30 and we had to be at our appointments and airport earlier than that. It would be nice to have some items available to customers that have to be at the airport before 6:30. There are NO restaurants in walking distance.

The breakfast was amazing! The room was a nice size and we mainly had the pool to ourselves!

There was water coming from both sides of the room. We didn’t notice it until we gathered our things a they were wet. Apparently someone came to work on it while we were sleep, because the loud sounds of drills and floor shaking woke us up and wouldn’t allow us to go back to sleep. Also a staff member walked in our room unannounced. The kitchen staff lady started shutting things off and moving things without asking if we were done.

Close to airport, breakfast ready earlier than expected so that we easily met our flight. We were told parking would b free for a week with a shuttle to take us to our flight. Since our trip was to b longer than a week, we couldn’t use that perk on this trip, but will keep it in mind on future travels. Had suggestions for dinner, also helpful. Will stay there again when we next have an early flight. Also, clean room & bath.

Convenient to airport, clean facility, helpful staff.

The ease of check-in and location of the room. Both shifts of Front Desk personnel were helpful and highly professional. I felt more like a well-known neighbor than a hotel guest.

The lack of an airport shuttle - had to get to the property by Lyft. A number of the local hotels/motels have curtailed or eliminated shuttle service [NO real surprise following the onset of the COVID pandemic in 2020].

The hotel is nice, not very new, but everything is in order. The room was big and clean; it had everything we needed, like a microwave, coffeemaker, hairdryer, iron, etc. The breakfast was OK as well (compared to what I've seen so far in the US). I liked the bathroom, it was big, comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The hotel is really close to the airport, you can walk there easily and the save on taxi :)

The reception staff was not very friendly. But luckily the people responsible for breakfast were nice. Another thing that I've noticed - the pool was somewhat neglected. But no one used it during our stay, as it was cold. I hope the hotel keeps it in better condition when it's swimming season.

Hotel overall was very clean. Room was clean. Beds comfy, Breakfast was decent. The only issue was the noise, but it is to be expected being so close to the airport. It wasn't so much the airport noise as it was the noise from the surrounding roads. The good thing is it didn't interfere with our ability to sleep. Proximity to airport and Enterprise Rental Car location was perfect for our early morning flight out of Hobby.

It was pretty noisy during the afternoon, but again it didn't interfere with our ability to enjoy our stay. There was a false fire alarm that was scary but thank goodness it was a false alarm.
