La Quinta by Wyndham Houston Hobby Airport

I was very pleased with the quality of my room. It is what I would expect, when staying at a hotel. I just stayed at a La Quinta in New Orleans, in May, that was falling apart and not kept up. I had already made your reservation so I decided to keep it and I am very glad I did.

I knew that the shuttle ended at midnight but I did contact the hotel in advance hoping I could still get it. I got an Uber. I’m just glad it was an airport hotel so they cost wouldn’t be over the top. I did take the shuttle back to the airport and the driver was very helpful and pleasant.

It was surprisingly clean and the staff was very nice. Very close to airport and the shuttle was very nice. The hotel smelled very fresh

Through no fault of their own there was no light showing the hotel. The replacement was on back order. We had a hard time finding the hotel because the sign that they had for was very small. The free breakfast was very mediocre. The best thing was the waffles.

The young man that helped us when we checked in was great. The room was clean The food was good The coffee was great.

The woman that checked us out accused me of having more then 4 people in my room. It was unprofessional. We came a long way and picked this place because it was recommended. Things like that statement makes me feel like that kind of accusation is a very low class thing to say. She was the only person that I came in contact with in Texas that was like that. I believe this hotel was better than that.

I have liked everything since the day I walk in, I love the room and ever the pool. I had so much fun staying in, and I hope to stay there again soon!

Well, they told my boyfriend that if the 100 dollar that was deposited were going to get back and it seemed like I had gotten them back them yet! We left the room so clean just the way it was as we walked in, so I don't know what the issue was!

The facility was very nice and very clean. They have a shuttle to and from the airport which was very convenience since we were flying out the next day. Breakfast was nice and hot: included eggs, waffles, cereal, an assorted pastries, juices and good coffee!!

The employee at the counter was kind of rude when I call the reception from my cell to let them know the phone in out bedroom was not working, she keep me on the phone and I had to listen to whatever she was talking with someone else not regarding the hotel.

Room was very nice. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. The location was convenient. It was good for the short time of my stay. It was nice that the hotel was so close to the airport and the car rental agency.

I did not have any problems. I would have stayed another night but was unable to get the discount rate extended because I book through a third party. I would stay again.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The A/C didn’t cool as well as my liking, but it kept the room reasonably cool. The excessive temps outside could have also played a role in this as well. My son loved the pool and the breakfast was repetitive, but solid. The hotel was located centrally to all of the activities we wanted to do.

It was close to Sam’s Club for gas. Safe location. Decent location.

GPS wanted us to turn into Howard Johnson & they hotel had a gate blocking us. However the Howard Johnson van was parked in our parking lot. The lobby attendant was very curt & short with us. The lobby was loud some guests we’re having a loud party. It was far away to purchase stamps.

The location of the hotel was great. Ms Bridget was awesome! She was very nice to us even before we arrived at the hotel. Valencia was great also. Very friendly and we loved talking to both of them. Great employees and they both should be recognized as they made our stay great!!

No complaints!

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It is very close to the airport, so we were able to sleep a little later before going to the airport. Had breakfast been available earlier, it would have been perfect.

The overnight front desk person appeared a little put out when asked to sell a soda from behind the counter. If this amenity is not convenient for your personnel, please add vending machines to the hotel.
