Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Hobby Airport

Breakfast was ok, should have been a more variety of food. I do not eat oatmeal. They had the same food. Should had grits.

For breakfast I did not like the oatmeal. They should have had grits also. I had trouble with my door closing in room 215. Had to keep getting it re-keyed. The door took too long to close. Also the air conditioning in the room when it came on it made a loud noise. Other than that it was ok.

Rooms were very clean, plenty of clean, non-smelly towels. aircon works perfectly. pretty much standard for a mid-priced hotel. no bed bugs, sheets were clean and soft.

hotel is pretty stingy with the wi-fi unless you're a guest though, which i suppose is to be expected but left a taste when I tried to check in before 3:30pm. The internet isn't as fast in the rooms and occasionally cuts out but is pretty fast in the lobby if you need to get urgent work done.

The young lady that worked the 3-11 shift on Friday, October 16th was very accomodating. I was in town for a last minute high school basketball tournament and her customer service skills were Marriott exemplified. Thank you, Yonsuetta Johnson

I love everything! They were so nice. Easy to check in and the ladies and gentlemen that were at the front desk was great. Anytime i needed something; they did their absolute be to meet my needs! I go to Houston often, and i am going to stay here everything!

Nothing! It didn’t have any flaws. The only thing bad was the power went out, but we cannot control the weather! I love my stay.

Everything I got that when I stayed at Fairfield

Of no fault of Fairfield inn & suites, the pool, hot tub facilities were not available due to none other but Covid19, but other than that & the fact I had to leave so soon, it was marvelous, had good visit, it was most definitely over due & a oh so needed visit that hadn't happened in quite some time! So happy it did so there at Fairfield inn & suites

the fact that I wasn’t made aware of a 100 dollar hold until check in. also when me and my wife returned from our night out. it looked like the front desk guy was taking a picture of us while we were waiting on the elevator to open

The young man at the front desk was very friendly, helpful, and informed us of unknown and interesting attractions to visit. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with lots of options to choose from. Space center was about 10 miles away but easy to get to.

I am pleased overall. It could be a little more conducive for the disabled. Very clean. They really adhere to COVID-19 guidelines for safety of customers and staff.

Toilets are too low and small. The beds are too high for those with mobility issues. They need to revaluate the TV entertainment. Check to make sure things are in good working order. Phone cord was broken, wrong remote, etc.

Staff was amazing, no problems what's so ever and the bed was super comfy. Over all a great experience staying at this hotel.

The location is a little tricky to even enter from the street so you need to be extra careful when turning into the hotels parking lot.
