Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston Memorial City Area

I saw this Hotel on booking.com I saw it was new and had good reviews . So I gave it a try and it met everything I needed and wanted . the hotel was very clean and the front desk was very nice ,and as well as the room it was perfect . The best part was the wings and bar area perfect when you get to the hotel tired and just want to relax after exploring Houston and that it’s close to breakfast restaurants . i highly recommend this hotel and I will be back again .

The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Refrigerator was unacceptable. Every 2 hours we had to push the button to turn the refrigerator back on. My wife had surgery and we were counting on the refrigerator to keep her medicine and required food good. The refrigerator is unacceptable for our needs.

All the staff was friendly and pleasant and greeted us each time we entered and exit the hotel. The hallways, elevators and common areas were clean and quiet. The large size TV with streaming services was especially nice The breakfast was plentiful and variety of selections.

The size of the room was small, no eating table and no mirror outside of bathroom. There are no walkable stores or dining nearby.

Convenient location for a night passing thru. Fast check in. Room was spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, very friendly staff and the continental breakfast was enough to start the day with. Spacious parking and no noise nuances since close location to the I-10. Would stay again.

I liked the breakfast it was certainly substantial and convenient. The location was also just right for us given that it was near out son's home.

The button for the elevator was non-functional on the fifth floor.

The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The laundry facilities were good.

Overall, we liked the property. To improve, the pillows could be more comfortable and there could be a menu for the bar and grill (especially for the drinks).

The staff was really nice and two of the staff chatted with us while we had drinks at the bar. We also loved how CLEAN everything was and also how new it was. Everything looked brand new. We forgot our toothbrushes and they had complimentary ones. The breakfast was yummy!

The pillows were too soft and got flat easily.

Great location! Very clean and fresh smell throughout the whole Hotel. Nice size room with big flat screen tv. Hot breakfast. Very friendly staff. And a well lit parking lot at night. I loved everything about it!!!

I didn't have such exceptional service in a while. I usually spend a night in Houston after a long flight and I was disappointed again and again. At Fairfield, I met the super friendly staff who gave me a choice of the room. Usually, they put me on the first floor. This time I could enjoy the top floor. Breakfast was also good. Super soft and comfy beds. Also, TV with all my favourite streaming services.
