The Moran CITYCENTRE

I had a wonderful stay at the Moran. Upon check in we were given a bottle of wine and two long stem red roses. it was our wedding anniversary weekend, plus it was Valentine's Day weekend. The hotel is beautiful and it was clean and smelled really good. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had a wonderful view of the courtyard. The staff was very welcoming. Juan checked us in and he was very professional and friendly. The other staff members were also very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed meeting Ryan, Felix and Jazmyn.

It really wasn't anything that I disliked about the hotel. I think that they could have had more hand sanitizer placed around the hotel because of Covid.

Location was excellent. I loved that there was free parking, and that you could just walk to restaurants and stores around the hotel. The park view right infront of the hotel was lovely too, and having a floor-to-ceiling window with that view was fantastic. Also loved the hardwood floors, a welcome refresher compared to most hotels' musty room carpeting.

Nothing, really. Hot breakfast options were rather limited, but I liked that there was a lot of fruit. Only thing that would make the room better is if the shower also included a handheld attachment for the harder to reach places, but that would just be a plus point for personal convenience.

Great location in the middle of a complex of shops and restaurants . You can self park for free at adjacent garage or valet( the valet are amazing and your car is ready in about three seconds!). Room was comfortable and clean with all amenities. my room faced the “ square” so it was a little noisier, but the noise died down at an appropriate time and sleeping wasn’t a problem. The staff shine- from the valet , to the front desk to the housekeeping staff- everyone is fantastic. The hotel has a small gym but about 3 miles away is the Terry Hershey park with miles of trails. Hotel is not too close to downtown ( about 30 minutes) but it is close to a lot of restaurants and activities. it’s a great hotel and will use it again! I loved the location.

Hotel was nice, staff seem nice, room looked good. Breakfast and lobby area is beautiful.

Pool hours, I feel with this heat some would like to swim before sunrise or when the sun goes down, also there was a screw on the floor. Couldn’t figure where it came from. Also they could put a little more color. Seem like it’s such a beautiful hotel for the rooms to look plain. Definitely like green in the room looks great. Small detail will add to the perfect room .

The beds were amazing and comfortable. We slept really well. The room was stylish. Bathroom was stocked with fresh towels and good quality soap/shampoo/conditioner/body wash. In the morning, the breakfast was served buffet-style downstairs. The eggs, sausage, waffles, and fruit were great. We enjoyed the coffee as well. The service was great and atmosphere was fun for a Saturday night. Definitely recommend.

The shower did take awhile to heat up, but felt like a good temp once heated.

The included breakfast went beyond my expectations. Protein, carbs, fruits, coffee, juice.... .

At 7am someone tried to access the room while we were sleeping. We lost our sleep.. The front desk confirmed it was the cleaning maid. How is it possible for the maid to pretend to clean an occupied room at 7am? It was really bad. This is not a cheap hotel so the guests need to experiencing this type of situation.

The best was the bed, we had a very good night’ sleep. The location was good, the hotel is surrounded of restaurants, what made us not go so far to have a meal. The staff was great and the cleanliness was very good. I recommend it.

Only 2 things: 1 - the breakfast could have more varieties like muffins, banana bread or even sausages. 2 - we booked there specially because we wanted a place to spend the New Year’s Eve, to see the fireworks and to not be going around driving. We had access to the party at the lounge but even if you are the guest of the hotel, you are not able to stay anywhere you want it in the lounge, there is no reserved place for who is a guest of the hotel unless you pay more money for a table. I just felt that it was unfair once I was paying for a New Year’s package and would like to have a good view of the fireworks at the lounge while the party was going on.

The bathroom was spacious, love that it had close up mirror and you could adjust the lighting. Plenty of towels, that were soft and fully fit around my body. Front seat made me feel welcomed, the bar had an awesome club setting with a nice mixture of people. Had an amazing live band. Just over all really nice.

The closet set up, I had long dresses that were touching floor so height of pole way too low, need more hanging hooks for in bathroom and on back of doors, especially if sharing room. Parking was complicated and figuring out how to access hotel from where we parked. Need better directions and signage for parking since it seems to be shared with Movie studio grill.

The location is perfect the majority of Reception staff are amazing. the parking is free of charge and just walking distance.

the worst thing in this hotel is the luggage carrier. unfortunately their behaviour was literally unprofessional. I got same experience during check-in and check-out.

The breakfast served was of excellent quality. The variety of options available was impressive, and the staff was extremely welcoming and eager to assist.

The coffee machine within the room was not connected to any electrical outlet. Consequently, it was necessary to retrieve and plug in the cord from the back of the device in a different location.
