The room is large. Bed was comfortable. It is a convenient location: hotel is right next door to the testing lab where we had an early appointment.
1. I sent an message via Booking which was ignored. I am a coffeeholic. I asked if there was coffee in the room or if I needed to bring a small pot. No response which I took to mean "silly question...of course we have coffee in the room." Wrong! No coffee in the room. No coffee in the lobby. 2. The checkin Clerk reminded me of one of my kids who was asked to do a chore and did it grudgingly. 3. The staff is very Covid paranoid to the point of being silly. If you are terrified of "the virus," you will appreciate this. I do not.

Location is great, bed was very comfortable, and pillows were not the cheap, over stuffed, hurt your neck kinds. Price was great. Clean, comfortable, and friendly staff - good experience.
I took the top sheet off the other bed to use as a blanket. I only sleep well when it’s nice and cool in the room, therefore, I needed a third cover. I didn’t see any extra blanket anywhere.
