Hilton Garden Inn Houston Cypress Station, TX

I liked the room itself. The bed was very well prepared, the bathroom and shower were clean, and the spacing and chair placements were sufficient enough for me to enjoy my time here. I'd definitely recommend this inn to anyone wanting to spend some time there away. The front desk workers there were also very helpful in getting me to my room and accommodating me with anything I needed.

Housekeeping was gone a bit too early for me and there wasn't any broom or dustpan available for me to use. It wasn't something I totally disliked but it was strange to see cuz even if the housekeeping were gone, I would have assumed the cleaning supplies would be available for use. Also the phone in my room didn't work. I had to go to the floor's lobby itself to use the phone to ask for anything I needed or inquired about.

I loved everything about my hotel experience.... beds comfortable, quite, very spacious.... overall I will definitely be coming back to stay longer on my next trip

The only thing that I really didn't like was your continental breakfast.... They was not a lot to choose from... please revise your selection

Bartender was great! She was by herself and it was busy with people ordering food and drinks. She had to not only bartend but make all the food as well! She was amazing!

No shuttle service to/from the airport

Beds are nice and comfortable

Breakfast was empty barely any food. Couldn't get a burger for dinner the were out of most items on the menu. Grounds were wet and mowers made it muddy. They kicked grass and mud all over my truck.😪

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! It was nothing like other hotel breakfasts. The cook was super friendly and she also took time out to recommend other restaurants close by for dinner. The manager is doing her job because everything was remarkable.

The staff at the front desk was excellent . Jesus especially he was outstanding.

the room had things left from the prior people ( medicine bottle under the bed) empty packets left in shower .

Staying here was the best choice we made. We were so close to everything in the area. Everything in walking distance! Happy hour is from 5-7 and the prices were reasonable. Breakfast was beyond great and I highly recommend going! The staff in the kitchen & front desk staff are AMAZING!

Not 1 bad thing to say

We checked in late and left early so I did not see much of the hotel. It was very clean and the desk clerk was friendly and helpful.

I did not stay long enough to really find fault

The hotel itself was awesome but the front desk told me they didn’t have any double beds and after I paid for the single I went online and booked a double and ended up having to pay for two rooms but the stay was great
