Best Western Plus North Houston Inn & Suites

The lady that was working that evening when I checked in was absolutely the best. We had a small problem in our room, where the TV wasn't working. I called her and she put us in another room. I had left the key in the first room, when I went down to get another key. I received the new key and went back upstairs. I couldn't get in the other room to get out stuff. When I was going to go back downstairs to get another key, she was at the door with a key so I could transfer my stuff. She was so nice and accommodating. She was so nice. I didn't get her name, but she was working on that Friday evening of May 12tj. We got up the next morning for breakfast and it was Awesome. They had the best. Omelettes, that you made your way, waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, fruit, toast and much more. The gentleman was so nice also. I will stay there again when we have to travel in that area.

Check in attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. I checked in around 430 pm and she exceeded the help I was expecting. Breakfast was good. Variety was there and I liked the fact that it was not a bag of food like other hotels. Everything I needed. I assume the individual walking around talking to people was about the hotel and their stay was the owner. He was extremely nice and personable. Nice change.

The staff was super professional and friendly. Well stocked breakfast. Clean hotel! The appliances in the room were old and noisy, but the room was clean and the bed super comfy, we got a good sleep regardless. 10/10 due to the nice atmosphere the staff provided.

Very welcoming and friendly. Everything is so clean that it looks like a new hotel. I really liked the griddle for making your own omelets for breakfast. There's an option of toppings for your homemade omelet then there's the hot breakfast bar for ready made food. The room was great and the breakfast room was perfect. You can tell there's pride in this hotel.

I loved everything about this place. The staff was friendly & Cute. The room was spacious & clean. The whirlpool in the room...ADDED bonus. The hot breakfast👌🏾 The hotel is old but the upgrades made up for that.👌🏾

If...IF I had anything to complain about....it would be the stinch that having old carpet leaves. ONLY issue

The breakfast was good. Due to COVID, I thought it might just be a muffin and fruit (which I would have passed on) so I was very pleased that I was able to have scrambled eggs and coffee w/french vanilla creamer. Also, the person that checked me in was very friendly and kind!

Check-in was smooth and the Manager and staff were very nice to us. The room setup was excellent. Beyond expectation

I chosed that hotel due to the distance to my target. It was apparently recently renovated, all comfort in room was as expected. Good breakfast choice and friendly staff. Choose it, when you´re near!

nice and clean we booked on a Sunday so it was very quotes the pool was clear blue and clean property was cleaned overall good experience

The pillows were uncomfortable but everything else was great!
