Best Western Plus Spring Inn & Suites

Well. This is the first time I didn't eat the breakfast. My hubby sorta said it wasn't like it used to be. But, we had plans to try The Breakfast Club and it was worth our time and money. The next morning I slept in no breakfast.

I think it's time to clean the carpet. Rm 103. It has a stinch to it as well. I was eating at the computer desk and noticed very small white bugs. Maybe termites not sure. I cleared them away. Next evening same bugs we're back. I didn't alert front desk upon my checkout. That's the only area I saw then. No biggie. Pool area needs some type of shading. Maybe umbrella tables. It was absolutely No shade.

Location is off the highway so it was easy to get to. The building is only 4 or 5 years old and seems to be maintained well. We were allowed to check in early, which was great after a long car trip from Kentucky. The staff was courteous and helpful.

There wasn't any water pressure at the bathroom sink. Other guests said the same for their room as well. Housekeepers took dirty towels on the first morning but didn't replace any of them. All hotels, including this one should put larger trashcans in the room if they aren't going to take out trash daily.

I´ve chosen that hotel due to the distance and the references I read. Especially the information in one reference about the near Old Town Spring forced my interest... Go there and taste -minimum- the Plane Level restaurant and bar! Very nice and wide choice of European wines and matching food on a high level with a very good individual service! Room, tidyness and all services at the hotel had been also fine, I appreciated the included breakfast choice.

Nothing to complain - except the here usual windows that cannot be opened - the air in the room did not smell really good...

Breakfast was ok, I wasnt a lover of cheese pancakes for breakfast so I had the other option of cereal and toast, plenty of other options, also it’s in driving distance to old town spring which is a nice quaint place to visit and eat, also ruddys is just round the corner with good food

I didn’t like the fact that the bed didn’t face the tv, the bed faced the window, with the tv on the side wall, so it was hard for both to watch tv, other than that everything was good

The manager was very friendly and kind, we came in from an early flight and just wanted to hang out in the lobby until check-in. She saw we were exhausted and provided us a room 3 hours before check-in. She also assisted us with making copies for a business deal.

The property was clean, just some broken items in the room. Not a deal breaker, it just could have been fixed.

The staff is amazing, they were very accomodating and helpful. The facilities are great, pool, workout room, conference room, and a business room with a printer. Breakfast was very good and a decent selection. The overall cleanliness is very good and the location just off of 45 is great for getting around the greater Houston Area. For me it was perfect.

The only downside, if I had to find one is no food vending machines, just a little hotel run mini store. There are soda vending machines.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was on the third floor, double queen , near the elevator. Very Quiet and I was very pleased. The room was very clean and comfortable. I loved the wonderful citrus soap, shampoo, lotion scents. The towels were so white, clean smelling, and fluffy. Awesome!

The bed and pillows could have been more comfortable. The conditioner was a different scent from the other scents. The room smelled a little dusty upon entry, so I sprayed a little bit of my lavender spray to clear the air.

The staff is friendly, especially Mrs. Cherie and Jamarian (?). Their hospitality was unmatched!! They truly went above and beyond for me and if I'm ever in the area again, I wouldn't think twice about staying in this hotel!

Without going into much detail, the breakfast definitely could have been better! I would have loved to have waffles as an option as well.

Nice comfortable room with plenty of space for 2 ladies getting ready to go on a cruise.

We found a cockroach in our bathtub shortly after getting our room. The desk clerk didn't do anything other than come in and grab it up in a napkin and tell us she would tell the pest control company (we should have either been moved to another room, given a discount, or something).

Weekend was the best for food. I had noise problems with passing car traffic. You have great staff who cleans the rooms. They are the best. I left them a room tip!!!

Outside trash can were full and overflowing at one point. Vender section for snacks and water was under stock.
