Courtyard by Marriott Houston Springwoods Village

The location was perfect, there is a CVS in gas station within walking distance. The café area was awesome. Their drinks were delicious and their morning breakfast was on point I will definitely be going again.

The property was clean from head to toe, everything was precise, and when you walked in the door, the scent of freshest hit you. I loved the scent that they kept throughout the entire hotel.

The room was clean and neat. The staff very friendly.

It was not made clear to us at check-in that the complimentary breakfast was no longer available. While the food we ordered for breakfast was quite good, it was also very expensive. Many hotels offer complimentary breakfasts and it might be well to reconsider your choice not to do so.

Ease of checking in, comfortable bed, fairly quiet hotel except for the highway noise. Staff was nice. Parking was substantial.

THE SLIDING DOOR ENTRY! What boob designed that?! How in the heck are you supposed to know which door to stand in front of of? I never could get this right. Shower - I have used rain showers before and this was not a good one. You have to run around to get wet. Also, there are some things already in need of repair in this hotel - (metal something sticking up from the carpet by the elevator for instance, and a metal clip projecting out from the edge of the bed - OW) The odor down the 4th floor hallway was horrendous. Dead mouse maybe? I had to hold my nose. At least it was not in my room! I predict this hotel will quickly descend. But for now, it is fine.

The staff was extremely friendly and they made me feel very safe as a solo traveler!

the lady working there was nice, service was slow as no one informed her I was waiting at the counter.

Had the breakfast burrito was not worth the $10.00 could have gotten just as good over at the service station next door for a third of the price. will not have breakfast there again.

Everything was great. The only feedback I have is that the young lady who checked me in gave the couple in front of me the whole spiel about breakfast and where everything was at, etc. When I walked up...nada. She wasn't wearing her name tag so Im not sure what her name was.

I was treated well by staff loved my room great outside sitting area along with fitness room. Evening food was good.

This is an excellent hotel. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I liked that it smelled amazing. Everything was clean and modern. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

I wish they'd had an indoor pool. Other than that I don't have anything negative to say.

Hotel was beautiful, clean, smelled amazing, staff were the nicest people I've ever encountered! Overall it was PERFECT! Love the toiletries in the bathroom, I immediately went out and bought the shampoo! TV was so cool how you can use your phone as the remote!

In the beginning, it was stressful because they didn’t find our reservation and the hotel was almost fully booked. Then, the Front Desk Assistant helped us getting us a room for the bight honoring the same rate as per Booking reservation. The spacious room has been fully, nicely renovated and beautifully decorated.

They don’t offer breakfast due to Covid however they could offer a pack with breakfast stuff as other hotels are doing
