Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Cypress Station

The staff was nice and the facility was clean.

The pool was under renovation and the pool next door was outside and had no lights at night.

I love my room very clean. Smelled well 😌 comfortable beds. Clean bathrooms. The air conditioner wow amazing. The service was amazing 👏 very helpful. The morning 🌄 lady was very helpful and best of all was the young lady with white turban 👳‍♀️she was amazing. Helpful for everything and went beyond to accommodate thank you so much. Will recommend to family and friends. ❤️

Everything was amazing.

Most of staff extremely nice! Yolanda and another gentleman who checked me in initially where awesome! Also breakfast was phenomenal and the gentleman in there was extremely pleasant as well. When I was leaving (horribly late I might add) with no hassles a young lady saw me and my kids and dog and cart helped me wheel my cooler down to my vehicle. Best hotel stay in a very long time thank you for the hospitality.

One thing was there was a lot missing from kitchenette area luckily I’ve been traveling anyways so I had a lot but that’s all.

Shar was nice and attentive she gave us blankets for sofa bed when asked and towels as well and made sure we were taken care of

The day check in person Ashley needs to work on a smile and her tone of voice with the customers and act like she is enjoying her job. Saturday morning she was rude to my daughter then I went down and asked for something being kind she seemed like she really didn’t want to help. Sunday she checked us out and he early when I told her we were not checking out and we were just loading the vehicle!!! She had no care that we couldn’t go back into room because the cleaning crew was in there already. My family and I had to figure out something to do for an extra hour and find somewhere to eat since the kitchen was down, unexpected. Very unprofessional, customer service to me is everything since I was in customer service for 15 years.

The room this time it was dirty and smells so bad, first time I was so happy, bc the size of the room it was perfect and everything was clean ,but I don’t know what happened this time the room 314 ewwww and no hand soap or anything I don’t think ima come back to this hotel

All the staff was super nice and helpful. There was a system issue at the time we checked in but the front desk person was so calm, collected and apologetic. He let us in the room so we wouldn’t have to be waiting out front while the system was updating to make our keys. He would bring them to us to the room once complete.

Didn’t have toilet paper holders in the bathroom.

how I walked into 5 people standing around and wasn’t greeted by anyone and had to wait for the lady to get off her personal phone to assist me and having to wait and additional 20 minutes for my room to be ready

The person who booked the hotel for us, told the to pay with his card. He put it on Booking.com, called the Hotel and emailed to tell them to charge his card. They/You did not. Causing a hardship on us.

Very quick to respond doesn't leave you hanging in the wind trying to figure out where you're going to go next

That they only had that type of laundry and drying facility one option that was it but overall the facility is very nice clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful

Staff were great. At front desk Vanessa was wonderful.

We were disappointed that spa wasn't working.The pool was too cold to enjoy with my granddaughter and the only reason we booked for indoor pool and hot top.
