Fairfield Inn by Marriott Houston Northwest/Willowbrook

We liked the location. It was easy to get in and out of the property and not congested at all and 100 percent safe. Also easy check in and the staff was super friendly and polite. We got the suite which was really clean and comfy. The bed was soft and the shower was nice and tall. The seperate livingroom area also had another tv which was a nice bonus. We had no complaints and will definitely stay again in the future. All around great place to stay.

I enjoyed the pool, however, it was a little dirty. That’s the only thing - just make sure the pool is clean prior to guest arriving. There was a lot of dirty at the bottle of the pool and a lot of debris floating (which I know sometimes you can’t control). Other than that, everything was amazing! The staff was very pleasant !

I liked that it was clean and hardly any noise. I slept like a baby.it almost seemed like i was the only one on my floor. The breakfast was good as well. The young lady who did the breakfast prep was outstanding and friendly and approachable. She kept everthing clean and sanitized the food areas as well as the dining areas. She had alot energy and beautiful personality. I really appreciated that

The manager Gloria need to have more people skills.and at least act like she want to be there. It was very obvious she didnt want to be working or even bothered with us. She should be inserviced on how to have good body language and a better attitude especially when it comes to customer service.also I witnessed another customer advising her to change her tone and attitude as well and the customer requested for another person instead of Gloria to communicate with him.

breakfast was enough to get the day started and more than most hotels actually have since the covid pandemic many hotels say they offer breakfast and they do not i appreciate their attention to cleanliness it made the breakfast actually nice and its probably why your hotel is able to offer breakfast when most do not maids took their time cleaning every guest room hallway tables and vacuuming halls wiping elevator walls and buttons and they took the same amount of time assuring the lobby entrance and eating area was maintained to the level of cleanliness that is necessary for guests to feel safe , the wifi worked well the beds were super comfy ac worked super well another plus and the cleaning staff would provide bath towels everyday if needed it was nice and everyone even the front desk staff participated in making the hotel stay up to par actually better than some of the other hotels i have stayed at recently kudos and thanks for keeping it so nice there it was very pleasant

The pool was a little dirty after the children had been in it on Saturday. So, I opted not to swim.

Very clean, location was very accessible. Beds and pillows very comfy. Chase who worked the desk on second shift, very excellent at his job, shout out to you Chase!!

Housekeeping never refilled our coffee station in the room.

I liked everything about this place they staff was extra friendly..they went over and beyond to make sure my stay was as comfortable as possible and that’s the true definition of southern hospitality..

Front Desk was extremely nice, facility real clean the rooms was updated and nice. Perfect location to Willowbrook mall, lots of restaurants and a few night restaurants. A perfect place for a quick getaway. Oh yea the breakfast was fresh loved it.
