Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Houston NW Beltway 8-West Road, an IHG Hotel

The staff was AMAZING and even brought us up some extra pillows. Great stay and loved the firm/soft pillow options. The in room Keurig was perfect for morning coffee and I'm glad there were makeup wipes in the bathroom because I totally spaced and forgot mine.

The only thing that was not great was the lingering smell of illegal substances when we first walked in, but once the air got going it went away. The window curtains didn't seem to close completely so there was a little light in the room that I didn't mind, but was annoying to my husband.

I can't say enough good thing about Holiday Inn Expresss Hotel. During our trip to Texas, we stayed at 3 different locations and liked them all. Everything was well-thought from the chexk-in, check-out process (believe or not, it took us less than a minutes!) to the little things like a welcome note. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed: microwave, fridge, coffee maker, iron and board... On top of that, staffs were very friendly and helpful. .. I can go on and on and on and on but try them by youself on your next trip, you'll be glad you did. BTW, the complimentary breakfast was excellent! it makes me want to come staying ust for it I hope my review helps others as previous reviews helped me. Happy travel everyone!

Snacks at the vending machines can be expensive.

Breakfast was very good.

When we walked in the room someone received us it was a roach, we came from south carolina so it was like seeing a palmetto bug, so we let it pass but did told front desk about it any way we checked in around 12 night and had to walk down stairs cause we didn't have a fitted sheet, flat sheet or a blanket and had booked my romm for 6 people and had to get towels cause only had 3 big towels.

Not so much a negative, more like a praise to Ms. K. A fire broke out and although some customers were complaining to her she handles the situation and accounted for everyone very well!! Please give that woman a raise. Also Damien did an excellent job and made me feel welcome. Great attitude unlike some of these other hotel staff. As a military member I salute those two.

Everything!! This is where we will be staying every time we come in to see our family. We stayed 5 nights & The staff was amazing!! The front desk staff made sure we had everything we needed & made our stay comfortable. The breakfast was hot & delicious 😋

The location is great. Close to the beltway, surrounded by a pharmacy, great restaurants, grocery store and offer good WiFi and cable.

More ppl should answer be working at front desk. The height of the beds is a bit high especially if you have arthritis or are handicapped.

Hotel location was great very easy and quick to get to a main road. Very clean, great staff overall great location.

clean and spacious

breakfast was cold, too noisy, can hear the food steps and noise of those who stayed above our room. Slow wifi.

The front desk person that checked me in was friendly and helpful. I liked the 12pm checkout., versus 11 am that most hotels have. Thee property was really clean. I appreciated seeing security patrolling the property.
