The breakfast was good, there was a different breakfast every day, not the same. The staff was courteous and willing to cook more when it was almost finished. It was more than the regular continental breakfast where they only have coffee and sweet bread.
The first night, the air conditioner in the room did not work. The next morning went to the counter and my room was changed. The front desk clerk was super helpful and apologized for the inconvenience.

The staff was nice. The facility was nice. Full breakfast is back! The food was good with a decent variety. The room was designed well.
Light bulbs were burned out at the entrance and around the pool next to parking. They didn’t have the waffle mix out for breakfast and we had to request it. The waffle iron was dirty from the day before. There was no water to drink at breakfast. I asked and they went and found a bottle of water for me. Insulation wasn’t great…you could hear everything going on in the hotel.

The breakfast wasn't great. The eggs were not good at all. The juices were very strange tasting. We left and grabbed breakfast elsewhere.

I always like everything about the Hampton.
In this particular location, the quality of the breakfast has gone down. The powdered eggs are not good. The sausage is greasy. The pancake mix has changed. The mattresses have been used too long and are uncomfortable.

Breakfast was a sack lunch type- not impressed, a muffin, a granola bar, & an apple.
Breakfast was paid for as we usually do but this time all we received was a sack breakfast, not a full breakfast buffet as we usually get when we pay for room + breakfast, & I understand because of covid, but the price for the room should be adjusted accordingly & customers should be notified of this instead of expecting a full breakfast.
