I liked the cleanliness of the room. The incredibly comfortable bed.
I didn't like that there was no DO NOT DISTURB tag. Needed to take a nap but housekeeping wouldn't stop knocking on door even after being repeatedly told NO THANK YOU! I didn't like not being able to watch Netflix because "too many tv's were logged in" yet it would not allow me to log into my own account. Not even YoutubeTV.

Everything! Literally! So let me give you guys a little more on what happened. So I was booked at a nearby hotel ( BAYMONT BY WYNDHAM ) and when I got there it was the WORST AND MOST DIRTIEST HOTEL, SMELLED LIKE beep ... Anyways , I called PALACE INN and they took me in !!! When I opened the door to my room THE ROOM WAS SO BEAUTIFUL!!!! The bed was done , shower was clean and the room was lit up with beautiful lights ! . The pictures don’t give the room justice , IT WAS AMAZING !!!! They had shower caps , toothbrush , just everything you needed . I will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND OVER ANY MOTEL IN THE AREA ! THIS IS A 5 STAR MOTEL !!!!

I really enjoyed the cleanliness and size of the renovated suits. The rooms had hard floors. I appreciated the size of the suit and how it included a microwave and refrigerator. The staff was really kind and helpful. Chack in was very fast and easy.
This would be my second time staying at this place inn. My first time the bathroom was missing it's door handle and a wall had an ugly patch. My second room was much better and I don't really have a complaint.

We think it was recently renovated because the floors, furniture, bathroom, and bedding were all new and updated.

There was no breakfast but that was okay because I had my own food.
Washer and dryer did not work and the comforter on the bed was never changed.

I really like the fact that it's was nice and clean. The front desk staff was so sweet and welcoming . And most of all I felt safe it's located in a very great location . No loud noises I slept great it was just awesome. If I ever visit again I'm definitely going back to palace inn.

The room was clean and very spacious. The lady that checked us in was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable, however lacked enough pillows.
The TV would not get local channels but finally was fixed.

The rooms are really nice even if you stay longer than a day they come and do room service every day the mirror is outstanding When it comes to putting on your make up perfect lighting
I didn’t like all the noise that was going on outside and people knocking on my door at 3o’clock in the morning I did tell the manager and he didn’t do something about it so thank you
