TownePlace Suites by Marriott Conroe

Loved the checkin process and the girl at the front desk was beyond friendly. You don't see that often anymore. Wish I knew her name but she is fairly new and had blue color in her hair and was young. Our room was nice and big. Location to where we needed was perfect.

I didn't find anything wrong with this place and I signed up for the Marriot points thanks to the girl at check in. We will definitely stay at Town Suites again and will look for other Marriot properties.

Room was clean. Property was well maintained.

Rear parking lot could use more lighting. Nothing that staff could do anything about, but guests in next room or down the hall left a barking dog during the night. Made it difficult to sleep

The rooms were clean and the staff was very warm and welcoming. Do to our daughter napping, we missed the cleaning crew on our last day. When we left the cleaning crew saw us further down the hallway. I was shocked when we came back to the room and they had come back to swap out the towels. A much needed event for us! The suite was much larger than expected and was a perfect setup for our needs.

Our stay was too short! The fire pit looked like an amazing way to wind down at the end of the day but sadly we didn’t get the time to use it.

The property was very, very clean. Excellent amenities in the room - cooktop, regular size refrigerator, full size microwave, silverware, cookware, tableware, dishwasher, soap, everything in a normal kitchen! Well decorated and arranged! The bed was very comfortable! The wall mounted TV was a great size 43” - could be setup to be controlled by personal cell phone! When my Wife and I arrived, the Staff had placed a sign in the Lobby Area - celebrating our 12th Year of Marriage. It was a very small but pleasant surprise for my Wife - she was unaware that I had informed the Hotel in advance of our arrival! We highly recommend staying at this Hotel and its central location to restaurants, shopping, parks, etc.! Great Staff!

Unlike so many hotels during Covid, a hot breakfast bar was available. Our family enjoyed it each morning of our stay. The staff was constantly working to keep surfaces clean and other guests were very respectful of the 6ft social distancing. Make sure you watch the open field across from the hotel. There is a family of deer that are always out and about. Having the firepit and grill area outside was also nice. The staff was happy to assist us with turning on the gas each night.

We moved rooms on the first night because of a turbine on the roof that sounded like a jet starting its engines. Although my husband and I were not able to sleep through it, our children had no idea what we were talking about. The staff was very happy to move us and did so without hesitation.

Could use some shade trees in the front & next to the parking lot.

The location was great, I was able to travel from my destination and the hotel with no problem. The hotel sits back from the freeway, so there was none of the freeway sounds. The staff was friendly and very helpful. There was also a very good breakfast.

I was placed in a double room, 226/228, 1 hallway door, but 2 different doors after entering from the hallway. I requested a different room and was immediately given a single room. The staff was great.

The free breakfast was more than adequate. I was in a perfect location considering I will be moving to Conroe due to a change in my job in Dec. 2022. It was conveniently located to everything I needed to see during my stay.

Breakfast was exceptional, fresh, yummy and beautiful presentation. location of hotel was perfect close to my family and shopping.

Excellent location with shopping right across the highway. The room was in excellent condition and very clean which a much for me & my family.

To be totally honest everything was exactly what I expected it to be.
