Nice property. The room was pretty great and had a good southwest charm to it. Love the appliances there as well. Bed was comfortable. Location is great to walk around in good weather.

The shower pressure was low and the barn door to the bathroom area wasn’t staying in place. There was a charge for every little thing. We “upgraded” our room to have porch chairs but it’s in the front of the room and the AC compressor fans face towards the front area, for all rooms. So, it was so loud and hot to even sit out there. The staff was hit or miss. When we checked in, they were super nice. But during the checkout, the staff was different and could not care less about even looking at us or answering any questions about the merchandise, even after paying the late checkout fee.

I love a themed hotel over a bland looks the same everywhere type of place. This hotel had tons of personality. The staff was sweet and the amenities were nice. The refrigerator in the room is a fully stocked mini bar type of situation but not sensored where you can’t move things around to fit your own stuff in. And the welcome beers from the front desk were a fun touch. You can walk to the Toyota music factory complex with several restaurants and bars. Close to DFW airport.

I think it’s just I am directionally challenged but it took a couple of tries to find our room lol. The lot across the street has construction going on and as such there’s some noise. Be aware that if you’re looking to stay in Dallas, this is not the location for you. Not a drawback for us specifically but I know how things start to blend together when you’re looking at a lot of properties.

Arriving at this hotel I was in Awe! If you like history then you'll love this hotel. One part is shaped like the Alamo! Upon arrival, we were met with a smiling, warm, friendly, polite valet. The entrance to check in was like a beautiful desert oasis almost like experiencing being at a resort in Mexico! The entire hotel and facilities are Amazing! The staff is all happy and smiling. Check-in was very pleasant, quick, and easy. After, check-in we went to the Cantinas for a visit. They have two beautiful, family-friendly courtyards equipped with turf, fireplaces, heating cylinders, and several outdoor games! Jumbo connects 4, corn hole etc. Which, includes an abundant array of sitting as well. We were there on the weekend so, live music was in the courtyard as well to add to the fun!! The 2 Mules restaurant has a great selection of entrees and a full bar to entertain the guests. In addition, located by the front entrance is another small, quaint mingling fun Cantina! Oh, yes in the season they are equipped with a nice lounging pool. The rooms are amazing, beds are very comfortable, oversize bathrooms, decor old Spanish style, wonderful bright colors, fully stocked bar fridge, snack tray, Keurig coffee makers, colorful fun robes! Oh, ps thus location about a block away offers more night life and things to do!

The location was great. We were there for a concert and didnt have to get a car to take us anywhere. The venue was right down the street along with lots of places to eat and hangout. We walked everywhere we needed to go and felt very safe.

Our only complaint was that the room was a little too hot and we couldnt get the A/C to get any colder. We were only there for one night so we didn't make a complaint. Other than that this was hands down one of the best hotels that ive ever been to.

I like that it felt like we were at a resort in a mexico. I didn't feel like we were in the city. Everyone was super friendly, and they had a great snack and drink options in the rooms!

The only thing we didn't like was that we didn't realize the double room. The beds were going to be full size beds. They were really small, especially if you're sharing one with someone. We had 3 people, so someone had to share a bed.

We came with some teenage boys for a concert. The loved the unique room, and lay out. Really cool place. We will visit again when we can stay longer.

Hate to say it but the restaurant was pretty bad. We walked in and had no idea what to do. We kind of roamed around looking for help. The one server was bartending and waiting on every table in the restaurant. The chips were very stale, the tacos were so greasy they dripped everywhere. Order was wrong, we sat with no water so long the lady doing trivia got up and go us some. Not a good experience and I've worked in the service industry so I'm more patient than most. Wasn't the bartenders fault. He was doing the best he could. He deserves a raise or maybe some help.

We stayed here in December and loved it. Very unique, loved the bar with live music, the fire pit for roasting s’mores and the restaurant had great food. Stocked minibar in the huge fridge was an awesome plus, beds were comfy and all of the facilities were high end, stylish and spotless clean which is big for me. We didn’t have time or bathing suits to try the pool last time, but will next time. Staff was very friendly, no complaints whatsoever. The “Las Vegas Motel” theme made it the most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Motels sketch me out, but it was all enclosed inside the establishment, so outside public don’t have access to the rooms. We used the patio chairs outside of our room and met some of our hotel neighborhoods and had a good time talking to them. Parking lot was very well lit and I felt safe the whole time, not to mention the location is just a few minutes to walk down to the Alamo draft house, restaurants, bars, and other fun shops. We will be returning to stay here for my brother’s birthday in mid March.

I love that the property is like an oasis! when you are there it is this peaceful relaxing place to spend time with close people. The property is meticulously maintained. the staff have been busy, but always friendly and accommodating. The rooms carry the theme throughout and even a discriminating eye won’t find any real issue. great place! great stay!

There is not a single thing I/we don’t like about the property!

the furnishings and ambiance were unique. the outside areas with wood burning fireplace and fire pits were very nice and the pool was very pretty but unfortunately the weather was too cold to utilize . the rooms were very nice and beds very comfortable.the stocked snacks and refreshments and alcohol in room were a plus . front desk staff were extremely cheerful .

Lousy coffee , not enough choices for condiments for coffee . Rooms were never cleaned during the four days we stayed and there was only one small garbage pail in room . however we did not mention it to the staff so they couldn’t try to rectify the situation .

Stayed 1 night for the Cowboys game. Found online & loved the aesthetic/ vibes. Upon arrival the receptionists were so delightful, the aroma was so welcoming, and can I just say…”please come decorate my home immediately!!!” The room was perfection! Most adorable fridge fully stocked with such thoughtful, local selections, a cute & comfy bed, and very clean & spacious bathroom to get ready! That robe tho! 😍 Went down for drinks & apps before leaving for kickoff. The Paloma was great & the queso was so yummm! Before late check out the next morning, we found ourselves chowing down on the most perfectly cooked bacon, crispy potatoes and yummy breakkie tacos. Checkout was as easy as a click on my phone riiight at 11:58 AM- haha! Gotta soak up every last minute at this sweet little getaway!
