Courtyard by Marriott Longview North

The hotel was easy to find & in a great location. The decor was beautiful, the bed was comfy, the staff was very friendly. I liked that the TV swiveled, so you could watch it from bed. It was very quiet, which made for a good night's sleep.

The room had a sofa bed, which was much smaller than expected. But since the friend i invited didn't come, that turned out not to be a problem.

It was very clean and friendly. They were very helpful. We had to book last minute because we found lots of mold in our apartment vents. Hotels are a nightmare for me because I hate staying in them cause I find them gross and dirty, this is the one hotel I’ve gone to where I felt like it was truly clean. They helped us book and room and stay there within minutes.

The pool was locked but that’s it

it would appear that the check in system is pretty outdated and crazy slow. The staff member wasn't in attendance at the check-in desk for about 20mins and no other staff member came to assist.

The shower and bathrooms were sparkling clean, the bed was so comfy and the pillows were wonderful! I love the cute mini fridge and microwave that were neatly hidden in a cabinet, the coffee maker was so nice! Love that there was YouTube and Netflix available. The pool was very nice as the patio to sit on and lounge! The little market/convenient store area was really handy as well!

There wasn’t breakfast or the bistro opened on weekends. Maybe I missed it on the website, but it would’ve been nice to know. As that was one of the reasons we chose to stay here.

The comfort of bed was great.

The receptionist could not find my reservation. If I hadn't brought a cpy with me, I may not have gotten in. The receipt I was emailed shows a significent increase in rate $313 jumped to $360. I'm not very pleased with this result...

Going the 2nd mile: when I checked out of the hotel I left my navy blazer in my room. I called Shelby at the front desk and she retrieved my blazer herself. She had it at the front desk and waiting to give it to my son when he arrived. When we checked in Kimber was excellent! Because of her we felt very welcome and at ease. Shelby and Kimber our recent we will stay loyal to Marriott!

We enjoyed our room very much. The king size bed, the walk-in shower, the cleanliness all very good.

Rooms were great, loved all the lighting, much better than the average hotel room. The beds were very comfortable. My husband even looked at the make of the mattress, as he is contemplating replacing ours at home, even though they are less than about 5 years old.

1. There needs to be a bench or table under the sink, just to set toiletry bags on top. The only option other than the vanity was the floor. 2. I am a doctor and treat a ton of COVID patients in the hospital, but have managed to never get COVID. The PPE does work if used correctly. It really bugs me to see people wearing masks below their nose, especially the hotel staff. IF YOU TOUCH THE OUTSIDE OF THE MASK, YOU ARE CONTAMINATED BY MEDICAL STANDARDS. You should at least use alcohol sanitizer on you hands BEFORE touching anything else, especially someone's credit card, room key, etc. 3. A bit lacking on drawers for our 3 person family and a 3 night stay. However, the closet, although small, really helped out.

Location it was very good, the customer service was absolutely impeccable. The facility was very clean, and the room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. More importantly, the staff was very accommodating and very polite.

The comfort, cleanliness, and peaceful beauty of the room itself. Beautiful colors, just enough to give it color, but not enough to over power. The bed was amazing, and the whole room was just peaceful and serene.

The Bistro was not open during our stay due to staffing reasons? It would've been nice to have been able to have a hot breakfast and supper without having to leave the hotel. And the cable tv channels were extremely limited, if you don't have Netflix to log into, then you won't have much to watch.

Clean and quiet

Our favorite bartender doesn’t work there anymore. She was great and one of the reasons we have visited so much. They were also out of bacon, which sucks because every time we go we order the loaded tots with bacon.
