Hampton Inn & Suites - Mansfield

The location was great, only 2 miles from family I was visiting.

Mattress was too soft for me. The only vegan options for breakfast was fruit. No nondairy milk so couldn't even eat cereal and had to drink coffee black.. The hotel could use some updating. Bathroom toilet is the old low type. The draws on the dresser was broken and missing pieces. Could have used a second chair in the room. We needed to check out at 2AM and it took us 20 minutes to wake up the front desk person, smh

Breakfast was good, the staff very friendly and eager to meet our request. The Desk Staff also were extremely pleasandt nd accomdating.

Our floor was extremely noisy during the night. Loud talking, music, and banging of doors and other weird sounds.

The pool was nice. The location was good and the price was great

They didnt clean your room or bring toilet paper or things like that so you have to go ask for towels and things everyday so made alot of trips down to the front, also one of the beds was comfortable and the other one wasn't but other than that everything was fantastic!

The staff and facility was awesome The breakfast was delicious 😋

The fact that I had 2 rooms booked and I tried to cancel one which was the king room that had already been paid for , the room was for my parents, and they had to cancel their trip because my father was in the hospital 🏥 😔

I did not see to much of the staff but when I did talk to them they were pleasant. I however did like that you had a almost breakfast and when I say almost is now in the bad way it just means it is not freshly cooked and thing like that. The way you had it set up was great sanitize you hands before touching the tools and to go boxes and real food. A week ago I stayed at another hotel and Its breakfast sucked muffins and instant oatmeal. Not a very great way to say please come again. Yours was better the only thing is I would think about is maybe extending the hours to 10 am so people can have a chance to get there not all of us are on a time clock so to speak we like to sleep in an extra 30 mins. Extremely clean and very smooth friendly staff at evening check in. The room was the largest room we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve traveled all over the world.

Our swim team’s Coach picked the property.

The breakfast opened at 7:00 AM. There was a youth hockey team there trying to get breakfast and make it to their game on time. The lady working there was being very rude to the parents telling them breakfast wasn’t open yet. My husband needed to grab some milk for our young daughter and she wasn’t going to let him in to get milk. She was letting everyone have it that breakfast wasn’t open yet. The time was 6:55 😐. She was very very rude.

I cannot believe there is no microwave and fridge in hotel. That was a deal killer for me and rented the rest of the week at another hotel.

Comfortable clean room. Location is good. We stay here multiple times a year.

Elevator not working when we arrived. Language barrier at front desk.

trash behind the tv on the floor and a little hair was left in the bed. It was just small things that was looked over during cleaning but overall everything else was great.
