Comfort Inn & Suites Mansfield

Full breakfast that was frequently attended and stocked. The lady who facilitated the breakfast was efficient, thorough and seemed like a hard worker. Sweet spirit about her also. Quick to respond to guest requests. Room was a King suite so we had a couch area (hide abed) and separate bedroom. This was really nice and the price was awesome for this size room. All staff we interacted with were cordial and helpful.

There was some repair work going on in the room/hallway adjacent to our room, so there was a lot of noise one day and the fire alarms went off several times. Understandable when construction is going on...just glad we were not trying to nap during the day!

Upon arrival our toilet was not working. On our way out we reported to front desk. When we returned at 8pm it was all fixed. So impressed with attentivness

Location a little difficult for us but we managed just fine, had to make a lot of u turns from our destination to get on that side of freeway

Staff was very accommodating! Housekeeping was phenomenal and very clean! Good breakfast and a nice selection of drinks and snacks if needed.

Beds were pretty hard and not that comfortable. Water pressure was pretty lacking.

Beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly and location was convenient.

The room at first was a little muggy, they didn't give us enough towels I had to go get two more, breakfast ends too early, we could hear noise from the other rooms the walls are thin.

Staff is friendly, attentive & will go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable! The rooms are clean, quiet and have great cold AC which is a must in this Texas heat. The facilities are great & the complimentary breakfast is delicious with hot food. Plenty of available parking

Clean, quiet, easy location to access and friendly, smiling staff.

My only complaint is I'm 6' 1" tall and the bed was so tall I couldn't sit down on it and had to "climb" into the bed.

I loved the breakfast selection. The staff was friendly and the hotel was tidy and welcoming. Checked in without a hassle. Had no problem checking out. Was able to get a late check out extended.

Nothing I didn’t like. Will definitely stay here again. Recommend everybody I know!

Fast check in. Nice staff. Comfortable beds

Breakfast was good, but they served the same thing every day. When we went back to the room, beds were done but the rubbish had not been removed.

The young lady that worked the breakfast section, was very friendly and helpful. She helped start the day.

Having to go downstairs to get ice and no water bottle was offered.

Our power went out for over 40 hours and our water had to be turned off to avoid pipes busting (and we had no hot water to shower with anyway). The GM David was so nice and accommodating to ALL the guests and made sure we were comfortable and safe. Everyone was treated like family. We are thankful fate put us at this hotel until our power was restored. The hot shower and warm room/bed were a safe haven in the midst of a nightmare!
