They didn't have our room ready. Then when they said it was ready it wasn't Then they didn't tell us we could check in at 2pm if we had a reservation. When I called and told them I had a reservation they told we couldn't check in until 3pm then when we did it took them long time to check us in. It seemed they didn't know what to do. It took three persons to finally figure it out. It was frustrating. Never again will I stay there..

The staff was friendly and courteous and all around got 100% customer service. The young lady was so nice she is an awesome front desk rep.also the young gentleman as well.And the cleaning ladies were friendly and they did an awesome job of cleaning the rooms..
What I didn't like was the smell in the hallway even wearing a mask you could still smell it?..It was a bad smell they should put air freshener..

Staff so friendly and clean room for the price was good.The young lady at the front desk is always with a beautiful smile on her face she check me In ,and she checked me out.This hotel is a good hotel to stay.
I didn't like the stain on the bathroom tub it just needs a really good clean where the drain is?..don't know if it is rust you can just lime-away it or put in a new drain top!!

Everything was exceptional. Nice breakfast with 2 options of eggs & sausage. Cleanliness was great.
TV lacked a lot of channels, didn't even have the basic CBS, NBC. The ice machine made very little ice on first floor. Had to go to third floor a lot of times.

Did not have microwave, no cable, we asked daily housekeeping and was not done. The first morning I asked house keeping in the hallway. I asked the front desk if they can do it daily And they took note of it, but it was not done.

Breakfast was a mess. Only one wake maker, so the line was a mile long. The food wasn't that good. I don't expect 5 star breakfast but something good. Only 1 warmer so kept running out of food. Need to be more organized

The bed was super comfortable!!! soft, the air functioning perfect. No much noise. Great location. So close from restaurants, and big stores. Will definitely go back!
The elevator was in a weird place, but does not matter that much. We enjoyed our stay
