Super 8 by Wyndham McAllen-Downtown-Airport-LA Plaza Mall

I didn't like ...I loved the fact that every time we visit McAllen Front desk always welcomes us with a nice smile and very attentive We stay here every time and its the only place we will stay The cleanliness, the way we walked in and our room smelled really nice and fresh!

I didn't like that we had to park in back and ppl upstairs were very noisy I did call and complain but the ppl upstairs still were noisy it was 6:30 in the morning it was like they kept running back and forth

It was super clean, no bad smells or anything like that. Doesn't have carpet, which in my case is good because of allergies).The bed was so comfortable, we slept so well.

Not enough parking spaces and no kleenex. The closet was smaller than expected with no hangers (bring your own if possible). Only three drawers for clothes.

I keep coming to this hotel every chance we get to visit McAllen It's very clean and Victor always greets us with a smile and very professional at what he does Room #123 This room reminded me of a small town home it was really nice

There's nothing not to like about this hotel except the pillows they weren't comfortable that's about it

An excellent night porter who anticipated all my questions. He was courteous, polite and helpful. The room was clean and fresh and the AC was on when I arrived.

The breakfast is a little poor, only bananas from fruits, not even apples. This is perhaps the only cons of the hotel.

The place is excellent, good price, good space, great location, very close to downtown. They can get a better in the bearkfast topic.

Breakfast can be better, maybe move the hours to finish till 10 am

my neighbor above me was BIGFOOT, walking back and forth all night long , kept me awake. not really property’s fault but if it wasn’t for BIGFOOT would’ve been an excellent sleep.

Reception guy was very nice, he gave us a room upgrade, and he replaced the hairdryer since it didn't work, bed and pillows were very comfy.

The fridge was very loud all night long, the room was ok but the towels were like sanding papers ( old and scratchy ). Bathroom needs more warm light, and new curtain, Due to covid, not breakfast now.

I liked that room #117 smelled really nice and it was very clean Credit to the housekeeper AC was nice and cold

I didn't like the fact that it didn't have enough towels and washcloths and the pillows were not comfortable

The convenient location close to my convention at American Legion Post 37.

That a large truck was parked behind me in the morning and I could not move my car out of the handicap parking.

Very very clean. I immediately felt comfortable as soon as I entered the room. It smelt so good and clean. The covers, bed, and pillows were clean and comfy. This hotel has become my new favorite place to stay in McAllen.

Around the location seems a bit sketchy but there are a good amout of restaurants within walking distance.
